This is my second time staying at Genie’s, this is my go to location when I’m visiting Bakersfield, California. I love the location, the size of the place is perfect for me.

Dalia is a wonderful host. She cares about her tenants and is responsive to their needs and questions. I especially appreciate her final touches in the unit. Since she knew I would be working night shift and wanted to help make my stay more pleasant, she kindly installed black-out shades which did help. Thank you so much Dalia for being so kind and hospitable. The unit itself is conveniently located near the hospital downtown and there are several options to shop for affordable groceries and take-out meals. The property is gated for an extra layer of security which is also a plus.

Good place to stay and comfortable beds. The washer and dryer was very convenient and it’s my second time staying here. Will definitely book again!

This was a great spot to stay as we got married at Springville ranch this weekend. It is right across the street so the location was amazing to run back and forth quickly when needed on the wedding day. Host is very responsive and there were no issues at all with the cottage, it was exactly as described!

Place was really nice and calm. I was able to watch tv in the living room. It’s a nice big tv too so it made my stay a lot better. I enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. I’ll definitely be staying here more!

The best place to stay in Kingsburg! Loft is huge, clean, comfy and very convenient to coffee shop, restaurants, brewery, main street. Free parking. Host takes care of everything. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I am already counting the days until I can come back to this sanctuary. Sue is the kindest, warmest host. Everything was extremely comfortable and clean. The view from her deck was jaw dropping. We purposely did less hiking so that we could enjoy the view from the Air BnB! I was also so very pleasantly surprised to find bagels and condiments in the fridge for us! We bought our own food but it is so hard to buy a whole ketchup bottle for just a few days. Sue had everything from ketchup to mustard to cream cheese and bagels ready for all her guests, along with multiple coffee brands. Impressed!!

Great visit, last minute trip for a wrestling tournament in the area. Todd gave clear instructions, parking was accessible. Thank you!

Second time here. I have always liked the coziness of the place. Bed is comfortable. And hands down to the cleanliness of the place!
