HIP House (House In the Pines)

Our HIP House (House in the Pines), is on 16 acre's of forested seclusion with two Ponds. It is furnished in the Adirondack Camp style. There is a large stone patio with picnic table, Weber grill, fire pit and granit and stone serving table. There is also a screened in porch if the bugs come out. The house is air conditioned and has radiant heat. Deer, turkeys and other wildlife are often seen thru the living room window. Lake Minnewaska, Mohonk Preserve and Vernooy Kill Falls are minutes away.

Just the perfect cabin. This newly built, passive solar house has a wood-burning stove, incredible views and is drenched with light. The house is intimate yet connected to the outside, with total seclusion and every imaginable modern convenience! It’s an architect-designed marvel of concrete, glass and reclaimed wood that sits on 135 acres of field and forest with a lovely swimming pond and miles of hiking trails. The cabin sleeps up to 6 people in two bedrooms and a spacious sleeping loft.

We love these cabins and are happy to share this magical spot! The Big Cabin, located 15 feet from the water’s edge, will easily sleep six. The Little Cabin, 30 yards from the House with a water view and plenty of privacy, is perfect for a couple. Located on a secluded, non-thoroughfare road, it includes access to a private swimming hole and waterfall. Near the Shawangunk climbing mountain and hiking/cycling trails, Accord “downtown” and super chic Inness.

Lidar West

Lidar West is a unique mountain home located in the woods by one of New York City's major reservoirs. The main house is a 1400 sqft 2 bed, 2 bath, ideal for families with kids, and there's a sleeping cabin with an additional queen bed, electric heater, and wood burning stove called Hemmelig Rom, which I built myself using oak milled on the property.
