Tucked away in a delightful rural hamlet, our beautifully converted 16th century barn sits within the private, attractive grounds of our family farmhouse. Despite the countryside feel, the NEC, Birmingham International Train Station, the shops and restaurants at Resorts World/The Genting Arena, and our excellent local gastropub are all 20-30 mins walk, and Birmingham Airport is a 5 minute drive. Hut at The Paddocks, With Hot Tub and Views

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. A stunning Shepherds hut with its own Jacuzzi. Located on the edge of the Warwichshire countryside, surrounded by trees and overlooking beautiful countryside. Buzzards are circling overhead most days , with a great variety of other birds feeding here daily . The Hut is fully insulated / double glazed , and also has underfloor heating which makes it very cosy all year round . Just 20 minutes from Kenilworth Castle and Warwick Castle .

The cottage is an 18th century original oak beamed cottage which has been in the same family since it was built. Recently fully renovated to a high standard. The cottage is a 15 minute walk to Coventry Building Society Arena or a 5 minute drive. Free parking for two cars available on site. Kenilworth and Warwick Castle are within 20 minutes drive from the property. Stratford upon Avon is about 30 minutes away. The Cotswolds are also around 1 hour away.
