The airbnb is in a lovely location with a view to the pond. The place has all amenites and it is super clean. Hosts are very friendly. They also recommended us a good restaurant nearby. I recommend!

We had an amazing one-day stay at this beautiful 3BHK flat with a stunning river view in Aluva. The apartment was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, with the serene Periyar river and coconut trees adding a calming touch to our morning coffee. The host was incredibly hospitable, ensuring that everything we needed was readily available. The caretaker Vijay was always there to help, making sure we were comfortable and addressing any needs promptly. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The apartment was well-equipped with Wi-Fi, a good LED TV, microwave oven and other modern facilities, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The property is very close to Aluva town and the experience was really nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway. I would definitely love to come back again!

Peaceful stay.. perfect way for me to welcome 2025! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom space with a coomon room n spacious verandah towards the backside of the home. There is also backwaters behind the house which makes for perfect early mornings n evenings. The best time i spent was early mornings by the backwaters - could see flock of ducks pass by, locals taking boats going to their destinations, and the beautiful sunrise hitting the waters - just gorgeous! Jeffin was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided was yummy Kerala style. Thank you for all the help during the stay. If you are looking for a serene place with calming vibes and gorgeous tropical climate then please book a stay.

Pros - beautiful well maintained property. Overlooking tea estates and a stream of the river kabini in front . Nice little private swimming pool at the back of the property. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. Geysers in both the bathrooms work well . The swimming pool is very comfortable, the water is not cold unlike the weather . Even after 9 pm in the night, it was still super comfy . Kids enjoyed it . Cons - access to the place and going out to the town easier if you have your own car . The approach roads are good but a little bit steep. So if you're new to driving you may find it a bit difficult. Kitchen on the smaller side , but we didn't intend on cooking at all so it wasn't a problem. But overall we had a wonderful time here as a family.

The place was exactly as described and filled with complete with extra complementary beverages and snacks in and out the pantry. Peaceful place that is rich with greenery and the Chalakudy river by the walking distance from the house was a rich experience for us as a family. Ajith Sir was there throughout attending to our needs and request with kind manner. Overall, the place was calm, peaceful with greeneries and the people in it. Will return again soon!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful private villa. The place was exactly as describe, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the stunning living room with a fully openable wall that overlooked the river and garden - like an indoor-outdoor lounge. It created a seamless connection with nature and was simply breathtaking. The 3BHK villa was spacious, clean, and came with a lovely pool. The caretaker and the chechi who stayed on-site to help with housekeeping and preparing quick meals were courteous and helpful, making our stay all the more comfortable. The location was serene and peaceful - ideal for unwinding.

A memorable stay, we enjoyed every moment spent, walk in paddy fields, stroll and cycling by the river, the morning and evening boat rides. the best part was the complimentary boat pick and drop, my kids loved it. A great host. We expected a private and calm weekend with my family and we got it. Our trip coincided with heavy rains and due to strong winds causing power shutdown for nearly 24 hrs for the entire locality. They had a battery backup which helped us for the night and for the next day they had a generator. Breakfast is complimentary and they cooked delicious South Indian breakfast with some continental options. When we asked for some extra items for breakfast, the staff even drove to a restaurant to pick what we asked for. I'll pick them up again for my next trip without hesitation. Really friendly and caring.

It was an amazing stay! It felt really homely and peaceful with pleasant sound of the waves!! Never had a staycation like this! Didn’t feel like checking out! All the necessities were available. Bathtub, washing machine , utensils, first aid, books for reading ! Words are getting less to describe. Caretaker was also really good and explained everything!! Thank you so much Miss Bhavana!!

Jacob was always reachable, responded very friendly and polite and took care we had everything needed. Hence, a great host. The apartment is very impressive and taken care of with a great view. Every room has its balcony to enjoy it. The location at the waterfront is very nice of course. One gets around easiest with cars, auto rikshaw.

The way the apartment was arranged showed so much care—everything was in place, making our stay effortless and comfortable. We loved the added air cooler in hall,it really made relaxing in Kerala’s heat manageable. One of our favorite spots was the beautiful balcony—the perfect place to watch the sunset and enjoy the clouds rolling by. The big-screen TV with great internet and extra speakers made our cricket match and movie nights extra special! It truly meant a great deal to us. The prayer space with a very beautiful English Bible and a small book collection for all age groups added to the cozy vibe.The well-stocked essentials and every little detail made it feel as if we were never away from our home. The apartment itself is conveniently located in Aluva, just 20-25 minutes from Kochi airport. It’s spacious, clean, and set in a stunning environment overlooking the river—truly a home away from home.
