This stable suite, featured in the hit series 50 States in 50 Days, is 1 of 5 suites attached to our barn, and very unique. A bedroom window looks directly into our goat’s stall! The private barn suite features a bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom. There is a private entry and free parking. The suite comfortable sleeps 2 adults. Breakfast and a glass of Bourbon included. It has spectacular views of Kentucky’s rolling hills as it looks out across the valley. This treehouse was hand built and handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Located just off of I65 outside the historical little town of Franklin, KY. We are located between Nashville (45min), Bowling Green (35min) and Mammoth Cave (55 min).

It also features a hot tub, large deck, full kitchen, Jacuzzi tub, rainfall shower, beautiful woodwork, two complimentary kayaks, and many other unique features that will make your stay unforgettable.

Page's Legacy: Spring Getaway at the Lake

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! (The pool is now closed!)
