We very much enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to Grand Rapids to easily access all the things we wanted to do without having to live in the snarl of construction traffic. The house was very clean and cared for with a large fenced backyard that would be perfect for kids. Our only annoyance was the scent. Two of us are sensitive to scents and when we arrived, we assumed that it was the cleaners they used that made it, for us, overly flowery/fruity smelling. We opened the windows and aired it out and then it was fine. Except that the next day when we returned the smell had returned. If you don’t have scent issues, it would not be a problem for you.

Loved the location and the fenced in backyard was a home run. Had everything we could need. The area around the house was nice with sidewalks to walk our dogs. Would definitely stay here again!

Felt like a home away from home! Great for our visit with family in Grand Rapids. Take advantage of the farmers market across the street and all of Kristen’s restaurant recommendations!

Our stay in the cottage was great. It was quiet, clean, cozy and convenient to our needs. The cottage was well appointed with thoughtful touches throughout. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Communication was very responsive and courteous. We forgot our pups harness and leash when we left and they were so kind to mail it to us! We will be back!

Chris had a beautiful home, it was quiet and very well decorated. It was a lovely get away and if I ever find myself in the need for a vacation I'd come back anytime! Chris is very nice and responsive and I appreciated all that he did to make our stay wonderful

Great place! Nice open kitchen/living space. Clean and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the neighborhood. Short walk to great restaurants/coffee/shops on Wealthy Street. Park close by. Convenient to downtown.

This was my first time in an Airbnb, so I wasn’t too sure what to expect but it was nice. It was really nice. The backyard was a little oasis, it has a calmness about it. It was cute, quaint and a place that I would like to come back to on a regular basis. Thank you for sharing your home with us .

Great family home with plenty of rooms, beds, linens - especially for a blended family! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, feel at home and be comfortable. The whole place was very clean and in a very nice neighborhood/ subdivision. The decor was tasteful and all the games and activities they provided allowed us to chill at the house and enjoy our time together. We will definitely be back :)

This is a great place to stay. Robb is always responsive for questions. It's a great location for all medical personnel working at Butterworth to walk from.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. The place was perfect for our group. The beds were really comfortable and the space was just what we needed.

This was my family’s second time staying here. The house had everything we needed and there was plenty of room for everyone in our group. The backyard area is great. We enjoyed sitting out by the fire at night. We were in the area for my daughter’s graduation from GVSU and the house allowed our family to come together from multiple states to celebrate this occasion. The backyard also provided a beautiful backdrop for photos. We took some great photos by the large willow tree. Thanks for hosting us again!

This home was absolutely gorgeous! Everything is very updated, the living space on the main floor is an open concept, which was great with a large group. Chelsie was a wonderful host, very responsive with returning my messages prior to booking, and she checked in with me during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and asking if we had any questions about anything during our visit. Every little detail was perfect, having shampoo & conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms, a blue tooth speaker in the shower, cards and games for us to use, these are just a few of the examples. We felt so at home here. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Grand Rapids not far from downtown, and you are looking for a place that feels like home- this is the one! So many restaurants, bars, and things to do near by. We hope to visit again in the summer months so we can make use of the beautiful outdoor patio area and of course the pool. Everyone in our group loved it here!

The staff was very accommodating when we had a couple of our employees come down to the area to work for a few weeks They were very helpful. It's helping us navigate through a last minute contract, and we're very easy to work with. The swim spa was a huge hit as well as the pool table. We will definitely be booking money of our trips in the area there when available.

In town for a wedding 3 miles away so was ideal location for our family. A lot of space! Pretty surroundings especially once summer gets underway.

A very cozy place to stay at! Was able to stay with our pup which was a nice option. The entire place is clean and it felt like home! Everything looked new and it had everything we needed. About 20 mins drive to downtown GR and 10mins away from the Rivertown Crossings.

Great studio spot for a short visit! I hope to stay again. Very comfy bed and couch. Lots of apps to stream on the tv. Easy parking and easy to find. I was visiting town for work so I spent most of my time downtown.

Ricky was such a great host! I forgot a very special necklace after checkout. I messaged Ricky and got right back to me and let me go find it. I am so thankful for him and thankful for letting me back in. The house felt like home and it was very comfortable. We had a great stay and I would recommend this spot to bring family or friends!

the place is very nice and clean there's a few quirks like the temperature situation which the owner pointed out to me was stated in the description I just missed that. all in all the place was very nice and in a very good location with a beautiful setting

Very nice house in the Heritage Hill area of Grand Rapids. Stayed while in town for my daughter's graduation from GVSU. Alex provided great communication throughout the whole process. The house was perfect. The beds are super comfy (we are older, LOL) and they were very appreciated. There are plenty of linens, extra blankets, enough kitchen supplies (paper towels, plastic wrap, aluminum foil and utensils. The house is just very welcoming and comfortable, yet nicely stylish in design.

I and my husband love to stay in John’s country home. It was peaceful and everything was thought of for a comfortable stay. The surroundings were quaint and lovely. Our drives to Grand Rapids were thoroughly enjoyable and 25 minutes to any destination. We highly recommend 😊

Hosts were great! Home was superclean! We appreciated the toys available for the children; they were very entertained with them. The hosts even provided warm, fuzzy socks for the kids which was nice with the extra cold days we were having! Would love to stay here again in the future.
