The home comfortably sleeps four and includes hot tub access. We live on-site and are happy to assist throughout your stay. This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Bowers and Slaughter beaches are about 10-15 mins from us, whereas, the major beaches like Rehoboth, Lewes and Dewey are 45mins to an hour from us. We are 5 mins from Highway 1 and located 15 mins from DE Sports Complex 10 mins from Highway 13 (Dupont Ave) Near the mall, casino, racetrack, shopping, and many restaurants. Killens Pond State Park is a 10 min drive. Harrington Casino the Del. State Fair is 15 mins from us.

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Refuge, water and wildlife views are abundant, with a 25 minute drive putting you in the Lewes and Rehoboth Beach district. Close to the outlets, restaurants and boardwalk...but far enough away to be peaceful as well. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Bird watch if you are lucky you may see dolphins. bring your fishing pole or kayak. this beach is not good for swimming. Rehoboth beach is about 45 minutes away De turf Spots Complex about 15 minutes away. only 1 dog Preferably under 30 lbs but we'll make exceptions. This little cabin like home is perfect, if your'e looking to escape from your everyday life. Its like being on a far away island but in southern Jersey. You want to bring all your necessities when coming in because the closest grocery store is about 30 mins away. We offer kayaks to be used and a vast variety of fishing equipment. A fishermans' dream!!! Dont forget your camera for the sunsets, bald eagles, indian artifacts and amazing porch views for the ultimate relaxation

THE RIVER HOUSE @ DE TURF ! 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths, this home accommodates large groups traveling to Delaware Turf for soccer, lacrosse and field hockey tournaments. Four living areas and a central kitchen, multiple families can use this home at the same time. 2 sets of bunks in each bunk room! The river view is outstanding from the picture window in the family room! This home is less than a mile from the turf fields and 30 minutes to the resort beaches!

Charming home close to the DE Truf fields and 40 minutes to the Delaware beaches, Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. This charming house is two main bedrooms and bath on the second floor.
