Just minutes from many popular golf courses and attractions.

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.

A safe and quiet neighbourhood with all you need close by. Garage parking and a large deck to enjoy your meals and morning coffee with a view. For larger groups guests can also enjoy a separate bunkhouse with a double bed.

The “Lil’ House on the Pier” is located in Malpeque Bay, a tranquil area boasting beautiful red sand beaches and excellent spots for kayaking. Explore the surroundings, visit Cabot Beach Provincial Park just down the road, and enjoy the natural beauty on display around the bay.
