Carrie brought homemade cookies when we checked in as well as a few footballs after she saw we had young boys. The pictures on the ad are a bit outdated but that means the place is way better than we expected as they have all new furniture. Very cozy cabin with all the needed amenities.

First time in Alaska, and this was a wonderful place to stay. We even had a visit from a moose walking across the driveway, which was a highlight for us. A great host, and I loved the space.

Hanna was a great place right off the highway very close to the Dimond Mall. Comfy place with even comfier beds!!! Great host, will stay here again!

This was our third stay at Joey’s “Cozy Ranch House.” It happens to be the perfect size and location for our particular group. We love the hot tub; and the living area is very comfortable. And Joey is very helpful.

We had a great stay at C's home. It was perfectly sized for our family of 5 and within an easy and drivable distance to things to do. Our messages were promptly answered and C did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The guest Netflix account was a nice added touch we don't normally see in Airbnb's. It had snowed several inches overnight on our second night and we were impressed to see the driveway and sidewalk had been shoveled while we were out the next day. We will definitely return to this house for our future adventures in Anchorage.

Our stay was pleasant. It was a nice neighborhood the house had a nice backyard, check in and check out were easy. The beds were comfortable. It was a great stay and we even saw several moose down the road. We will definitely be back again.

This felt right at home, not only for me but for my kids and dog! The toys and dog supplies were an amazing added plus that made our stay easy and enjoyable!

Larry was extremely helpful, picking us up and showing us around town with great suggestions. Place was nice in a good location near town.

Guys. This place was beautiful . It was comfortable. It was so clean. Sheets smelled clean. Would recommend . And holly was very good at communicating and explaining where to park . Would definitly book again another time ❤️

Beautiful little apartment. Quiet and spotless. Location was easy to find, the home was a nice little place for my partner and I. Definitely loved the hanging lights outside the building

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay! We were in town for medical training so we needed someplace stress free and comfortable. I am picky on what neighborhoods I stay at in Anchorage, this is a very safe area for the north part of town and great access to the airport, Minnesota Highway, and Earthquake park with paved trails.

Place super clean very nice.Just like what you saw on the photos. I would 💯 recommend their place to anyone. The location was nice, and quite it wasn't what I expected to be from outside. But the moment I walked in, it made me feel like at home nice, clean, and cozy. If u are looking for a place in Alaska. Check them out.Won't be disappointed!

The only thing that could improve the unit is a bench by the front door, but other than that, this was perfect. You are close to shops and the neighborhood is quiet. Kirstyn was very welcoming and the unit was pristine. The beds are super comfy too.

Excellent Stay! Helpful host, very clean, beautiful unit, great views and excellent location! All amenities one needs! All in all, top shelf experience and host, would rent in a second a recommend completely! We hope to be back soon!

From the extra special touches and amenities to be incredible hospitality of the hosts, this is definitely our favorite place. We stayed in all of Alaska. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Even had things like an oscillating fan to help dry the wet ski gear and the unexpected bonus of Disney on the smart TV:-) We were able to cook all of our meals without a hitch in the well equipped kitchen as well.

Loved this place! You can hear the birds from the water, so relaxing and a great safe neighborhood! We were very pleased with Sky’s place. My daughter had a beautiful morning run everyday in the neighborhoods and by the water. Beds are comfy too!

He is by the best host I’ve had since getting into this app, it was my first stay and it was great. Clean and had no residual orders, or stenches of any kind. The area is peaceful tucked away from main roads. Had no hassle with neighbors everyone was to themselves. This my first stay and would recommend anyone Eddie’s spot to those who need a get away weekend.
