For this reason, a complete core renovation took place. It is all newly furnished including kitchen and bathroom. 1 room apartment with private entrance, small kitchenette with all necessary appliances and bathroom with shower. Kitchen facilities including Dolce Gusto Pad coffee maker and coffee and tea for the first breakfast available. All utensils for cooking and baking including stove and oven. Toaster, kettle, glasses and dishes as well as kitchen towels, Spüli etc. .... everything needed. Should something be needed again, of course we will try to help! Bathroom with walk-in shower and towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper available. 1 double bed Dimensions 160 x 200 cm 1 sofa bed 145 x 192 cm on request, so 4 people could be accommodated in the room. Our modern 2-room non-smoking apartment (54m²) is located on the ground floor of an 8-family house in Hattersheim, centrally located between Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Mainz on the S1 railway line, which is only 500 meters away. The airport (FRA) can be reached in 15 minutes. The fully tiled apartment with underfloor heating includes a large terrace and an underground car park. You can find additional parking spaces in the surrounding area. WLAN is available free of charge for the Internet access.

My accommodation is particularly attractive for business travelers who don't feel like staying in the same hotel over and over again; for couples who want to discover Frankfurt or for single travelers with a sense of style and tranquillity.

Unser Haus liegt zentral im Rhein-Main Gebiet. Der Flughafen, Frankfurt mit der Messe, sowie Mainz und Wiesbaden sind gut zu erreichen. Parkplätze vor dem Haus und der Bus in etwa 300m Entfernung. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Souterrain mit eigenem Zugang von außen. Alle Zimmer haben Tageslicht, allerdings ohne Aussicht. Sie betreten den Gästebereich in einem kleinen Flur, in dem die kleine Küchenzeile integriert ist. Von dem Flur geht sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Duschbad ab.

I am offering an entire 1 bedroom with approx 600 sqft in the basement. The apartment is newly renovated and fully stocked A maximum of 3 guests can stay and rest very comfortable. The location is ideal. The next bus stop is a minute away, train station is an 8 minute walk. Either way, you'll be at the airport in less than 10 minutes and Frankfurt or Mainz City are about 20 minutes away.

it's a really cosy, luminous apartment. The neighborhood is quiet. There is also a sauna in the apartment, which is for private use only for our guests. You will find some supplies for breakfast. It's a very comfortable place to stay for those who want to be near Frankfurt international airport as well as the city center of Frankfurt which is 15-20 minutes away by car.

Our 50qm Studio Apartment includes a bright and spacious living-, cooking- and sleeping area, a bathroom with a shower and two sinks and also a 20qm balkony. With more that thwo people staying at our apartment, the couch turns into a bed for one or two people. In the summer months when it gets hot in the apartment we also offer an AC.
