Le loft cosy dans notre maison familiale possède une entrée indépendante et un parking privé. Un hall, un wc séparé, un salon (wifi, Netflix, Proximus, DVD), cuisine équipée, un lit double et une sdb. Un petit jardin cosy est aménagé. « Chez Lou" est l'endroit idéal pour un séjour détente. Nous sommes à Baelen, à proximité des Hautes Fagnes et de la baraque Michel pour de belles balades.A deux pas, Aix-la-Chapelle ou Eupen, pour des activités, magasins et restaurants

Maison indépendante au coeur des vergers. Tout confort, grand terrain totalement isolé mais près de toutes les facilités du beau village d’Aubel. Quatre chambres de 2 personnes, équipées de la télévision ainsi qu’une salle de jeux/ bureau avec télévision également. Grand terrain avec 2 terrasses, salon de jardin, grand parking et barbecue en Corten. Cuisine totalement équipée. Pour un moment de déconnexion et de détente au calme et aux chants des oiseaux. Départ tardif le dimanche jusque 18h.

Die mit Liebe frisch renovierte Altbauwohnung ist das ehemalige Jagdzimmer des Anwesens. Neben altem Schiffsparkett schmückt eine Stuckdecke den großen, hellen Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa und Esstisch. Zur Wohnung gehört eine eigene Terrasse und ein großer Parkplatz ist auch direkt vor der Türe. Bis in die Aachener Innenstadt benötigt man 10 Min. mit dem Auto. ( Belgien 20 Min., Holland 10 Min.) Wenn Ihr eine kleine Auszeit sucht seid Ihr bei uns goldrichtig! Euch erwartet nach Hike oder Bike ? eine moderne und komfortable Wellnesoase. Cocooning total ! Hier könnt Ihr Urlaub machen in reinster Form. Der Dutchtub bietet etwas Abenteuer für gross und klein ( Man muss ihn selber heizen mit Holz und das Feuer beaufsichtigen vielleicht mit nem Aperitif? Insgesamt dauert der Wärmeprozess +-4 Stunden je nach Jahreszeit! Bitte beachten nicht möglich bei Frost. Maximal 1 Hund

Verblijf heeft een eigen entree, hal met toilet, woonkamer / keuken en op de bovenverdieping een slaapkamer met een luxe bed en badkamer met douche en toilet. De keuken is volledig ingericht met koelkast, afwasmachine, oven en magnetron. Heerlijke koffie via een Nespresso koffiezetter. Interessante korting bij boeking voor week of maand.

Mitten in der Natur und doch zentral (unweit von Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Lüttich) Wir vermieten auf unserem Hof (Eynattener Mühle) eine 70qm Wohnung mit seperatem Eingang, bestehend aus einer großen Wohn-Essküche, einem großen Schlafzimmer, einem kleinen Wohn-Schlafzimmer (Einzelbett 185 x 85 cm), einem Badezimmer. Es ist Platz für 3 Erwachsene und 1 Baby (Babybett vorhanden). Ein Sitzplatz im Freien, direkt an der Göhle, steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.

The small apartment for 4 people is located in a rural area (near Venntrilogie) with private garden and view over fields and meadows. There are countless possibilities for walks and bike rides that you can start from here or nearby (f.e. nature reserve High Fens). The following cultural and culinary cities are nearby: Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Heerlen, Tongeren, Liège, Monschau, Spa. The race track Francorchamps is only 27km away.

Sunny & comfortable One-Room-Apartment in Aachen

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away.
