Cozy 'Dutch Style' Loft in Hilversum

A very cozy self-contained studio, right in the center of Hilversum. We are 5 min walk from the shopping area and station and 20 min from Amsterdam by train. We offer a quiet private loft bedroom (Dutch style) with double bed. On the lower floor is a private bathroom with toilet, a living room and an area for tea/coffee/ microwave. Television and WIFI are available. Our neighbourhood hosts many excellent bars/restaurants and just around the corner there's a great forest for nice walks.

Enjoy all the pleasures of this spacious and delightful top floor apt (70m2), part of a characteristic family house from 1887 located in the historical Zeeheldenkwartier with private parkingplace. An ideal place for a relaxing get away, travellers or expats. On the second floor of a rebuilt traditional Waterland house is this beautifully renovated apartment, once used as a hayloft. Located in the protected natural area of the Zeevang polder land (EU Natura 2000), famous for its birds like godwits, spoonbills, and lapwings. The view it offers is among the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Middelie is very near Amsterdam (25 km). Other historical places like Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn, and Alkmaar are never far away (5–30 min. by car).

Schitterende Loft in Amersfoort centrum. Op loopafstand van de Koestraat parkeergarage. Via de trap betreed je de sfeervolle open ruimte in dit ruim 100 jaar oude pand. Slapen kan op twee vides. Op de eerste vide staat een boxspring. Op de andere een slaapbank van goede kwaliteit. Grote keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Badkamer met dubbele wastafel, inloopdouche en toilet. Amersfoort is een toeristische trekpleister met grachten, muurhuizen, musea en een gevarieerd winkelaanbod.

Light & Lofty Townhouse, in 'de Pijp'

I transformed this '19th century hay attic' on the second floor into a comfortable home (My 12 year old son and I live here). It is very light and spacious. The neighbourhood is filled with delis, bars and restaurants. Rijks, Stedelijk, van Gogh museum and the canals are around the corner. So are bike rentals, canal cruises, Paradiso and Concertgebouw. It is my home and studio (I am a designer), when I am travelling, I AirBnB it.

In a small sailmakers warehouse opposite of the Old Church in Scheveningen Village, you will find a nicely furnished loft, separate entrance, situated on the 1st floor, with access to a balcony and 80 m distance from the boulevard and beach. Ease tram- and bus connection to the Hague Centre as well as World Forum . Both easy to go by bike as well. Bike rental around the corner.
