The Cabin is a super funky and laid back home away from home. Step back in time with a stay at our newly renovated historic beachfront property on the Sunshine Coast. Grantham House was once a bustling community hub as the local post office and general store, and beginning in the 1920's, a favoured summer stop of the Union Steamships Company. This unique studio suite, named after the Lady Cecilia steamship that once docked here, offers a serene escape with breathtaking views of Keats Island and oceanfront access.

Only a few minutes drive from the ferry, you will feel like you've escaped somewhere special when you're staying in this very private, newly built cabin. While staying on the acreage, take in the forest views, the roaming deer and the songbirds on your covered wrap around patio. A 5 minute drive to great hiking, beaches, world class mountain biking and all that Gibsons has to offer.

The Hideout

We have updated The Hideout and look forward to welcoming the world back at the end of summer 2025!! The Hideout grew from a vision we had when we moved to the Coast in 2020. With the desire to share our dream of living amongst the trees, tucked away from the world, The Hideout was created. Wrapped in hand milled cedar, fir and hemlock this space was designed to remind us to slow down, breathe deep and take it all in.
