I only was there for less than 24 hours but it was a perfect location for my trip - and wish I could've stayed longer! Lovely place, location, and host

Excellent place to stay. Mina is a great host, very responsive and flexible.

Our stay was great. The property is clean and spacious, and well located. My only complaint is about the noisy neighbors, sometimes playing loud music late at night outside. But that's not something the host can control.

Excellent location! Steps away from Washington Street where you’ll find plenty of fabulous restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Easy walk to PATH into Manhattan. Comfy beds. Everything you could possibly need included in accommodation such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, coffee/tea, towels and more. Front bedroom might be slightly noisy for light sleepers due to street location but other than that a little hidden gem in the heart of Hoboken. Fantastic responsive hosts too.

The apartment is in a nice neighborhood close to the parkway. The stay was very comfortable, everything was just as advertised, and there is a pizza joint called Eddie D's just down the street, with Eddie himself serving up the pies!

Had a short but pleasant stay at Lilia’s place in Yonkers. We had a bit of trouble with temperature control on the first night, but it was addressed as soon as we reached out to the hosts. Spacious accommodations and relatively peaceful, though you may like to bring earplugs if you’re noise-sensitive when sleeping as this apartment is located close to the highway and has window unit ACs that turn on and off noisily. It met our needs and was a convenient location to visit our family in the Bronx!

Great location, beautiful place, great response re. coffee (French press), bath right next to kitchen/dining table and tiny, window was not possible to open. Some regulations and instructions, which should not be necessary because we are guests and should know how to treat other peoples property and treated as such. Trash out is mandatory, run dishwasher ytoo - all airbnb guests should know...

My wife and I stayed here over Christmas. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had plenty of cookware if you wanted to cook a meal. The bathroom had plenty of towels.I recommend this property and would stay here again.

amazing place close to anything you could want to do! we had trouble with the passcode getting in and he was super responsive and helped us right away.

It’s was a top notch stay for a group of friends attending a near by wedding. It was a great deal compared to the hotel and we loved being able to all stay together. It was a very clean space and spacious location! Thanks Julie!

El alojamiento es tal y como sale en las fotos. Estaba muy limpio, todo ordenado y lo único malo es que tuvimos que reiniciar el wifi muchas veces porque dejaba de funcionar. La zona es tranquila y no hay mucho que hacer, pero recomendaría este alojamiento 100%, ya q tienes 15 minutos andando al metro y te deja en los principales sitios de New York!

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

The condo is very cozy, quiet and well stocked. The location is convenient. The hosts were super welcoming, friendly and easy to communicate with.

Thomas was a great host! He was super helpful and responsive! Apartment was in a cute neighborhood near a park with citi bikes right outside which we loved! Would recommend!

We had the best time at Alyson's place. The apartment is so cute and cozy and just a couple blocks walk to the boardwalk and beach. It is absolutely perfect for us. Beds were comfy and was clean and had everything we needed. Would love to stay again.

Back for a second stay and somehow even more obsessed. Susan is the kind of host who just gets it—attentive, thoughtful, and makes her whole place feel super comfortable. Great stay in Hoboken for our family of five. Beautiful apartment with plenty of room and very nice backyard area. Location is very accessible to PATH station and great restaurants. Definite will stay here again.
