Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

Amelia: Beachfront relaxation as never experienced

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

Sea Satin Sounio... Un monolocale fronte mare, ristrutturato nel 2021 e marzo 2022. Due piccole spiagge pulite, a 8 e 20 metri dalla casa, e una grande spiaggia con lettini a 100 metri dalla casa. Scelta ideale per chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno, letteralmente ad un soffio dal mare Casa tangente alla spiaggia di Punda Zeza. Accesso al Tempio di Poseidone a Sounio (6 km), all'aeroporto internazionale di Atene (30 km) e al centro storico di Atene (60 km)

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.
