Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km –last 1.5 km smooth dirt road), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic newly build stone house, tastefully decorated provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique stone cottage is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private veranda. KiVA-Villa offers a spacious apartment (130 sq.m.) on the ground floor of KiVA windmill house that can accommodate up to 4 guests over 14yo (with the option of a 5th one) with magnificent sea-views.The house is situated atop a hill right above KAMPI beach. Its western orientation and panoramic sea views provide guests with unique and spectacular views of sunsets into the sea. The entilre construction (using stone, wood, glass) completely respects the local architecture and the natural landscape.

Σε απόσταση αναπνοής μόλις 2 χλμ βρίσκεται το κοσμοπολίτικο Βουρκάρι στο οποίο μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το γεύμα ή το ποτό σας δίπλα στην θάλασσα. Το κέντρο του νησιού η παραδοσιακή Ιουλίδα βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 8 χλμ και είναι ιδανική για να θαυμάσετε το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Είναι ιδανικό για ένα ζευγάρι ή μια παρέα φίλων.

Cosy Studio 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchen in Vourkari. The studio is available only for non smokers(cigarettes,vaping,iqos etc). If you smoke in the property unfortunately we will have to end your stay. The studio has a king size bed.Aiconditioning,TV,WIFI and a very small balcony. The house is located at the centre of Vourkari, 2 km from Korisia port and close to all restaurants and bars. There is also a mini-market in the village. The beach of Gialiskari is only a 5 minute walk away.

Ioulida o Chora si trova a 5 km dal porto dell'isola, Korissia. È costruita ad anfiteatro sui fianchi di due colline che si affacciano sul Mar Egeo. È un insediamento protetto, in quanto costruito sulle rovine dell'omonima città antica. Si prega di notare che la proprietà si trova in una piccola strada tradizionale di Chora e non è accessibile in auto, ma solo a piedi. Inoltre è necessario salire 25-30 gradini per raggiungere l'ingresso.
