Please note — this is not a basement, but a bright ground-floor unit. The studio includes a kitchen, a bathroom, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It can be rented separately from the rest of the house or together with it if your group needs more space. Accommodates 2–4 guests — an ideal choice for a family

Eco Chalet made from wood, built in 2021. There is a nice smell of wood inside. Snow Time Eco Chalet is situated in quiet, beautiful place, surrounded by mountains. We offer buffet (HB). Buffet costs 20$ per person. Our Chalet is located in the lower Gudauri, 1100 m down from the Smart supermarket and 1100 m from the 1st lift. Transfer to the 1st ski lift and back is included to the price in a winter season
