Kato Alepochori: soggiorni in alloggi con caminetto

Το σπίτι ήταν υπέροχο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο! Φιλοξένησε την στενή και ευρύτερη οικογένεια μου συνολικά 8 ατόμων και νιωσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας! Τα δωμάτια ήταν πεντακάθαρα και το επίσης πεντακάθαρο μπάνιο σε κάθε δωμάτιο μας εξυπηρέτησε πάρα πολύ! Η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και σε άριστη κατάσταση! Το κυριότερο όμως ήταν η θέα από το μπαλκόνι η οποία ήταν ασύγκριτα όμορφη! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το σπίτι του Κωνσταντίνου! Ευχαριστούμε και εις το επανιδείν!

Wir waren zu zweit zwei Wochen zum Klettern dort. Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral und dennoch hat man einen eigenen PKW-Stellplatz vor der Tür. Sowohl Kletterfelsen als auch Innenstadt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es extrem ruhig dort. Der Blick von der Terrasse, auf der morgens die Sonne scheint, ist ein Traum (man sieht tatsächlich das Meer und den gesamten Kletterriegel neben Leonidio). Die Vermieter*innen sind sehr freundlich und fürsorglich (es gab frische Orangen, Oliven, Eier, Ostergebäck). Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und alles notwendige ist vorhanden (zu viert kann man sich dort auch sehr gut aufhalten). Zudem hat uns der offene Kamin für etwas frischere Abende im April begeistert (Holz war ausreichend vorhanden). Liebe Gastgeber*innen, vielen Dank für alles! Wir haben uns bei euch sehr wohl gefühlt.

Πολύ όμορφο και ζεστό σπίτι. Ότι πρέπει για οικογένεια και ζευγάρια!! Όλα ήταν καθαρά. Η κ.Βετα ήταν ευγενική και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε ότι θέλαμε. (Μας έφερε και έξτρα ξύλα για το τζακι). Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

A wonderful maisonette, on a lovely island. Xanthi’s house is tucked away a short walk from the little port of Myli. We had a great view of the sea, & spent lots of time on the veranda. The kitchen has plenty of equipment, a full oven & a good-sized fridge+freezer. We did very little in the kitchen though, preferring to eat at the excellent Kafenes to Mantraki most days. You could venture further eg to Skala where there are numerous places to eat, but you don’t have to! The veranda has a great day bed - a fine place to relax after a long lunch. The bathroom is a wet room. Plenty of power in the shower. The bedroom is a good size & has a nice view. The mattress is firm, which some people may prefer. However, I always sleep better when there is a thick mattress topper. The pillows were fine. It being early May, we didn’t try the aircon. The island is small and quiet, and good for walking and relaxing. The host is very attentive. Altogether a very positive experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy mountain home! The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of skiing. The location is ideal, with traditional restaurants, a mini market, and a gas station all just a short walk away. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway, and we would absolutely visit again! Highly recommended!

Ο σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο η θέα απίστευτη σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε για τις μελλοντικές μας διακοπές η κυρία Τεονα πολύ επικοινωνιακή μας πρότεινε πολύ ωραία μέρη να επισκεφτούμε πολύ ήσυχο και οικογενειακό μέρος για την απόλυτη χαλάρωση

θα ξαναπάω μόνο και μόνο για να δω την κυρία Μαρία! Σ"ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Ήταν όλα άψογα.

Dimitris place was great, very cosy and peaceful. Big living room, nice kitchen and nice bedroom. Big outdoor area which was a plus, so you can park up your car, have the pets outside, and enjoy a coffee or a meal on the porch. Only thing is the car is a must in the location. Great value for money

Magnifique studio moderne et confortable! La localisation est centrale on a pu visiter toute la ville à pied ! Quartier calme et proche des commerces. Mention spéciale à la boulangerie au pied de l’immeuble.

Εξαιρετικό σπίτι για διακοπές και ο κ. Χρήστος ήταν διαθέσιμος για ό,τι χρειαζόταν. Έδωσε οδηγίες για την είσοδο στον χώρο και ήταν πολύ προσιτός. Όσον αφορά την περιοχή, μοναδική θέα και ηρεμία. Άξιο συστάσεως για διαμονή και χαλάρωση 5/5.

Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen. Die Terrasse bietet einen einzigartigen Flair für Athen und das Appartement ist ausgesprochen hell & freundlich. Der Gastgeber äußert hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar wie unglaublich reaktionsschnell. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt von 1 Monate. Gerne wieder! 😀

Very comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and beautiful decoration .it is in the centre of Glyfada,5 minutes from all bars and restaurants.Nantia is a very and cooperative hostess

Superschöne Wohnung, sauber, toll eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Selbst dem morgendlichen frischgepressten O-Saft aus Orangen vom Minimarkt ganz in der Nähe stand nichts im Weg. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind mit großen Betten und Jalousien ausgestattet und liegen auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Sehr zentral gelegen: Ganz in der Nähe sind 2 U-Bahnstationen, die zwei von drei Metro-Linien bedienen, so dass man ohne Umsteigen in die City, nach Piräus und zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten kommt. Es gibt jede Menge kleine Geschäfte, Bars und Bäckereien ganz in der Nähe. Das Einchecken verlief problemlos. Wir waren zu früh dran, konnten aber unsere Koffer abstellen und bekamen gleich eine Empfehlung für ein tolles Restaurant.

We loved our stay at Johns place. As a group of friends, the place was simply perfect with multiple kitchens, bathroom, bedrooms etc. The building itself is just beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool and outside cooking area. Everything was clean, prepared for our arrival and we we're treated with utmost respect, trust and friendliness. the surrounding area is very peaceful and the view was incredible. Walking to the village is about 50 minutes, so a car is recommended for getting there and fetching groceries. Every Tuesday you can visit a small farmers market, where you get fresh fruits and vegetables. All in all it was a perfect vacation for us and I can only recommend anyone, who is looking for some peace and quiet, to visit John! Thanks for having us!!

We had an incredible stay at this stunning property! We were a group of 11, and the house could not have been more perfect for us. The space is designed with two spacious sitting areas on the main floor and another in the basement. This layout allowed the kids to play within eyesight while the adults relaxed in their own space—ideal for families like ours. The pool is large and beautiful, surrounded by meticulously maintained greenery. The entire property is gorgeous, with mountain views everywhere you look. We loved the privacy here. Yet, it was only a short drive to beautiful beaches and the charming town of Nafplio, which we explored and enjoyed. We stayed for six nights but could have easily stayed a month. The kitchen is fully equipped. The outdoor dining area and kitchen were a highlight. In short, this property exceeded all of our expectations. It's spacious and beautifully maintained, and the caretakers are lovely. We cannot wait to return. Thank you, John!

Rented this house for family event in town. Exceeded all expectations and provided for a very comfortable stay. Hosts were responsive and friendly, and even went out of their way to return an item that one of the guests had left behind. Two blocks from the beach in an upscale residential area. Would definitely stay again!

Idealne miejsce , piękne widoki , cisza , spokój , ogólnie miejsce bardzo urokliwe . Jedyna wadą(nie dla każdego ) że na jednym z pięter tarasu nie było szyb tylko barierki przez które młodsze dzieci mogą wypaść więc trzeba pilnować ale po za tym żadnych zastrzeżeń . Było pięknie ;)

Wonderful house, as advertised in description and as shown in pictures. It has all amenities and is in a great location, close to the Spetses port, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Veranda on top floor has a really nice view. The house is easy to find, as it is close to the city’s museum, and all windy roads have signs to the spetses museum. We were a family of 4 + 2 extra guests, the house easily fit us. We couldn’t be happier with the choice, and made the experience in Spetses unforgettable. The hosts were lovely and very friendly, they left fresh fruit in the fridge for us, and were extremely communicative. Ydria villa is an excellent choice if you plan to spend a few days in Spetses!

This is a beautiful home that has absolutely a wonderful environment with a serene surrounding. Being an artist’s home - everything including the furnishing was beautiful to look at and be in that space. The bedding and the towels were exceptional. Our host gave us very important information as to where to dine and made our stay perfect.

Obwohl wir aufgrund von Flugverspätung erst nach 22 Uhr angekommen sind, wurden wir sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Viviane ist immer gut gelaunt und freundlich, sie hat auch tolle Tipps... Das Haus ist ein Traum, die Terrasse nicht zu toppen, Betten gut und alles was man braucht ist da...Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und hatten dann noch herrliches Wetter...der Zugang zum Meer und praktisch eigenem Strand in kleiner Bucht sehr angenehmen...man braucht ein Auto und für Gehbehinderte ist es m.E. ungeeignet... Wir waren sieben Personen, es war fantastisch!!!

Я і мої подруги неймовірно вражені віллою та її власницею. В цього будинку є своя душа ❤️ Ми мали прекрасний відпочинок. Розташування, комфорт, територія, море, пляж, комунікація - все було супер. Це місце, де можна повністю відключитися від справ і поринути у відпочинок. Поруч класні міста. Олімпія нам допомогла з контактами організаторів трансферу для нас. Кухня має все необхідне. Купа місця в приміщенні та зовні. Ми повернемося наступного року.
