Magical Views Residence With Private Pool

On the hills north of Paphos there is a picturesque community many times called the Beverly Hills of Cyprus. Built on the slope of a hill of Kamares Village is my villa which consists of two levels. I live on the top level and my guests on the level below which comprises of one bedroom, living room, full bathroom and kitchenette and is surrounded by a beautiful garden next to the private swimming pool. This self contained place for my guests has separate entrance and it is totally private.

The villa is located in the center of Peyia Village, few minutes away from the famous tourist area of Coral Bay. The villa includes several amenitis including football table and BBQ areas. This villa is just few minutes’ walk from, Peyia restaurants and shops and 2km away from the famous Coral Bay area. Important Note(2025 -2026): There might be some noise from possible construction

This unique place has a style all its own. Brand new stone house rebuilds from its old glory, in the village of Kathikas. Three bedrooms fully equipment kitchen with living room and beautiful yard in the middle. The house is a part of Spiti Group. Spiti in Greek means Home, all the houses are in Kathikas village. We can accommodate in total up to 14 guests. We love traditional houses, fully renovated with a modern touch, privacy and spotlessly clean!

Wonderful cozy flat with free parking. Relax at the veranda in our beautiful garden swim or on the beautiful beaches in Latchi and camping sute. 5 minute walk to the center of Polis with great restaurants, fish taverns, cafes and bars to spend your time. After booking I will be sending you a google map of the area with recommendations about restaurants, grocery stores and must see sightseeing spots.
