Appartamento indipendente con 2 camere, bagno, cucina, salotto. Area esterna grandissima con salottino, piscina privata a sfioro, area barbecue per cenare all'aperto con vista mare pazzesca. Parcheggio privato. A 200 metri dalla spiaggia di San Nikolas facendo un sentiero sterrato a piedi. In auto la spiaggia, il porto, i ristoranti, il mini-market e bar distano 1 km e mezzo. Dal porto partono tour per vedere le Blue Caves e la spiaggia del relitto (Navagio) oltre ai traghetti per Cefalonia.

Small Pefki villa is situated in a traditional part of Zakynthos amongst the big forests of the island where you find the natural landscape of the island as it’s very quiet and you will be able to walk long distances in between the forest and see the beautiful green landscape of the area. It’s an area where you can actually find your peace and quiet. It is also situated close to the shipwreck area so this is an advantage. Villa Pefki can comfortably accommodate up to 2+2 people.
