Everything about this place was great. The place itself is spotless modern with a terrific view. Great location close to beach restaurants and bars, a well as a wide variety of shopping options. It comes up as a location on the ‘Suntransfer taxi’ website so transport from airport and back is free of hassle.

We had a great stay at Lyn's place. This is the second time we have stayed at one of the Allamanda properties, and they are great value for money. Lyn's place was exceptional for the quality and location of the apartment. Will definitely go back many times more. Thanks, Lyn, for the wonderful experience you provided us.

Lovely villa I enjoyed staying there

Super location, spacious house, really great kitchen and pool. Quiet and serene and walking distance to some beach clubs and restaurants.

Отдыхали на вилле у Сергея семьей 5 человек с маленьким ребенком. Все очень понравилось! Классный бассейн в котором мы купались утром , днем и вечером до и после моря. Территория на вилле приятная, хорошо посидеть вечером и днем не так жарко. До моря минут 7-10 по тротуару очень удобно, проходили к морю через отель Амора. Кстати последние 3 дня перед вылетом жили там, так вот- на вилле гораздо лучше. Отель вообще не стоит своих денег. По любым вопросам Сергей всегда был на связи, советовал рестораны и магазины) все очень удобно и близко. В пешей доступности супермаркет Лотос, ночной рынок, массажные салоны, аптеки, кафешки. В общем мы остались довольны) приедем еще❤️

Nadezhda is a wonderful and very friendly host, can’t recommend her enough. The place was really lovely and much quieter than we’d expect, despite being close to the road. And we loved the view from the rear window too. Overall we’ve enjoyed our stay and can recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!

We stayed for 4 nights and the villa was just what we needed. It is spacious for sure and had every creature comfort one could ask for. The rooms are large, although one of the rooms is smaller than the rest, but perfect for kids. The staff are super helpful especially Noi and Ad. Since its serviced by the resort you also get to enjoy Sri Panwa’s amenities as well. Our host Marc was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this villa for a laid back and relaxing holiday.

It was really good. Place right on the beach, and close to everything we needed.

The place was nice. Overall we enjoyed it. It was very relaxing. Almost everything was as described. We mostly used grab to get food in. But the kitchen utensils and pots and pans are also well used. So cooking is a bit of a chore. There’s a Makro about 1 mile away which we used to pick up groceries. Although I rated it 5 stars, there were a few things that made me hesitate giving it 5 stars. The pool area is a bit dated. The cushions and umbrella are getting old and are stained gray/brown. In the photos they are white and new. The beach isn’t really a beach at all. At high tide, there is no beach, and at low tide the water goes all the way out 100’s of meters. So it’s not really swimmable. These points are relatively minor. The house is beautiful. We had a peaceful time.

We stayed at the 3-bedroom villa that was right on the beach with its own private patio, chairs, and pool. It's difficult to describe how awesome it was watching the sunrise every morning while sipping coffee and contemplating a swim in the bathwater-warm water. The house and beach were both great. The beach is very swimmable. Ramon and his team were very responsive at all times. Would definitely spend another two weeks enjoying the property if the opportunity arises in the future.

We loved our stay here. Originally we planned to stay at Katathani resort and we’re so glad we chose this place instead. It was peaceful and felt like being at home. Tang assisted us with everything we needed from quickly unlocking the front door when I returned without my key… to arranging for laundry to be done for us while we were on a tour of the Phi Phi islands that she assisted us with, last minute. The bed is usually the reason I’m so ready to go home from vacation but this bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom facilities were wonderful and spacious. We took advantage of that remarkable tub! The private rooftop pool is also breathtaking! The only thing we didn’t love was having to climb two flights of stairs for every food delivery. But we understand that delivery drivers can’t be let up for security reasons. It was very thoughtful and helpful to have our luggage carried up and down the stairs for our arrival and departure. We could not have asked for a better host.

An amazing family holiday at Angsana resort. Perfect for what we needed with access to the resort pool and the beach only minutes away. Lovely restaurants nearby and lots for the kids to do. The accommodation was perfect for a family of 4. Would definitely go back again!

Die Wohnung von Nym hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr schön und ruhig dort umgeben von mehreren privaten Unterkünften. Ich fühlte mich dort sicher. Man kam nur mit einem Code an dem Anfang in das Gelände der Ferienwohnungen. Die Lage war super. Wirklich nur 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. In zwei Minuten war man auf der Hauptstraße, wo es ein Lebensmittelläden, viele Restaurants, Cafés und Massagesalons gab. Ein perfekter Ort ohne viel Trubel um zu genießen und sich ausruhen zu können. Eine kleine Anregung: für die Terrasse wäre ein bequemer Sessel oder auch eine Liege sehr schön. Ich danke dir Nym. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiter unbedingt empfehlen

Mike, Eddie and Penny made our dreams come true. The lovely stairs gave us a very authentic feeling, something that will be lost forever after the deconstruction. The spacious kitchen-terrace with the immaculate view 24/7 gives you a place to wind down, or wind up; when the sun rises.) To reach the soft and tranquil beach of Ao Yon, you had to walk down another set of stairs—truly a stairway to heaven, so to speak. An enjoyable walking distance away is the UNG Pearl Farm. I can't spoil anything anymore, it’s an experience I simply can’t recommend enough! We are happy to have been able to experience this, it is truly one of our top 3 stays in our Thailand journey.

Ross’s place is really lovely and spacious. We are an older couple so only needed the main (very comfortable) bed - but there is a small second bedroom for a child. Super amount of space, inside a compound of 4 or 5 different types of airbnb but all have a great deal of privacy. Ross and family live on site but never intrusive, just really helpful and kind. The situation of the property is perfect, direct 3 minute walk to the beautiful Ao Yon beach from the private path. It was fantastic to have a washing machine !

I had an amazing stay at Randy's place! The stunning views were absolutely breathtaking, making every moment spent on the property feel like a retreat. The apartment itself is spacious, pristine, and beautifully maintained, providing a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus, allowing us to prepare meals with ease while enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. Every detail in the house was thoughtfully arranged, and it was clear Randyt takes great pride in ensuring guests have an exceptional experience.
