Spacious and private place to stay in Fukuoka! The location was great, a 20 minute walk to Hakata station or a few minutes to the nearest metro. We also walked to a number of sites and restaurant areas. There was a grocery store just a block away, in addition to convenience stores everywhere. The house was spacious and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

호스트가 매우 친절하시고 숙소가 쉬는공간, 씻는공간과 각방들이 나뉘어 있어 프라이빗한 공간에서 많은 사람들이 머무르기에 적절했습니다. 필요용품은 모자름없이 넉넉하였고, 후쿠오카 관광에 매우 적절한 위치에 있어 다음 후쿠오카 가족여행에도 또 이용할 예정입니다. :D 덕분에 행복한 추억들로만 가득합니다. 정말 감사했습니다.

Beautiful, clean home that’s enough room for our group of 5 adults. Check-in was a little rough due to the translation in Airbnb when we asked for early check-in. We arrived at noon, thinking that we could check-in around 11am, then finding out that we can’t check-in early nor drop off bags. After an hour hanging outside the place because we had bags that we can’t lug around, we got to check in early after all. Besides, the rough check-in, we greatly enjoyed the home and location. It’s about 8 min walk to a train station and not too far from many of the places we wanted to see. The home had a nice spacious kitchen and living room, big enough for us to hang out together. The washer and dryer were awesome. We’d definitely consider staying here again when traveling with a group of 4-5 people. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Fukuoka and the accommodation had alle we needed. Even a gym which was really nice to have 👍 Everything was as described and the host welcomed us upon check-in and explained all we needed, as well as answered all questions we had. The house was the perfect home base to explore Fukuoka and destinations in the surrounding area. It is well connected by bus and two conbinis and a great bakery are nearby. We can definitely recommend the accommodation for everything wanting to explore Fukuoka and Kyosho - definitely worth a visit!

The house is very close to the airport, making it easy to access from landing and also easy to get to when leaving. It is really great for big groups of families and friends as it has many bedrooms as well as many bathrooms! Nice living room and kitchen/dining area for all to enjoy too.

We stayed in this wonderful home on our family trip. There were 5 of us and we were perfectly accommodated. The house is very nice with original furniture and utensils, nice garden, thanks to the hosts for the huge welcome table, it was very nice to eat after the road! The house is very clean, good mattresses and nice linens. The towels are made of fabric which we didn't like, but quite possibly this is just our impressions. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the bus stop, but to the city center and to the airport on them to get about 50 minutes, it should be borne in mind. For those traveling by car it is important that the house has a parking space. We will recommend this house to our friends for a trip to Fukuoka! 😊

친구 3명과 함께하는 여행이었는데, 깨끗하고 웬만한 모든 물품들(식기류, 가위, 위생봉투 등) 이 구비되어있어 편하게 이용했습니다. 또한 복층이어서 잠자는 환경과 구분되어 좋았습니다. (계단이 너무 가파르긴 했지만ㅎㅎ) 친구들도 너무 만족해서 다음에 여행오게 된다면 또 머무를거에요!!

交通便捷，步行3-4分钟即可到达巴士站，抵达天神和博多的交通都很方便。10分钟可到达高宫站，前往久留米和柳川很便利。 房间年份久远，卫生间和洗浴设备有些老旧，但其他该有的日常用品都有(牙刷和牙膏需要自己准备）。 阳台放了三个垃圾桶，导致没有位置晾衣服，还好天气干燥，衣服也容易干。 总体还是比较满意的。

신축이라 넓고 깨끗함. 단 키가 1개만 제공되기에 여러그룹이 여행할 경우 숙소는 항상 같이 들어가거나 키가 있는 사람이 열어줘야만 출입 가능. 반대로 보안이 훌륭하다고 볼 수 있음. 하카타역과 은근히 걷기에 거리가 있어서 항상 집에돌아갈때 힘들어서 걍 택시타고감. 숙소는 사진과 똑같고 넓고 깨끗함.

하카타역에서 짐 끌고 도보로 10분정도면 숙소에 도착합니다. 공동현관부터 보안이 좋아요 숙소는 섬세함에 감동받았습니다 친구들이랑 다음에 오게되면 또 여기 예약하자고 난리였어요. 엄청 깨끗하고 물품들도 거의 다 구비가 되어있어서 너무 좋았어요! 숙소 주변에 24시간 마트랑 편의점도 가까워서 도보로 다 이용할 수 있었어요 응대도 매우 빨라 바로 바로 소통할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 좋은 숙소에서 잘 쉬다갑니다 다음에도 이용할께요!!

Super spacious room! Place was just like the photos in the profile. Located near lots of good restaurant and the station. It's a pity that the bed is a bit little for 2 people and can’t watch YouTube on TV but these are just minor problem. Will definitely come back again next time!

Absolutely loved this place! It’s a super chill, clean, and modern apartment just a short walk from Hakata Station. The space was way bigger than I expected like comfy bed, cute terrace, cozy living room, and a kitchen with everything I needed. The price felt super fair for how nice everything was, and the host was really sweet and quick to respond anytime I had a question. If I’m ever back in Fukuoka, I’m definitely staying here again. No need to even look at other options. Highly recommend 💯

가격대비는 완전 만족입니다 6인까지 숙박 가능한데 6인은 좀 좁을 것 같구 저희는 남자 5명이서 부대끼면서 잤는데 괜찮았ㅎ어요!!

Easy access to the event location we were attending and local transportation was very close. Most likely I will be back to Fukuoka and I’m planning to stay at this place if available.

Hands down the best place to stay in Fukuoka. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to all the shopping, restaurants, and yatai stalls in the area. Close to train station and bus stops. Also have Budget nearby if you need to rent/return a car before or after. The apartment has ample space compared to typical hotels and a peaceful balcony overlooking a Japanese garden. It’s on a quiet street despite being close to everything. I am a solo female traveler and felt completely safe. I also liked how the bigger bed is firm and the smaller bed is soft so you could choose based on your preference. Lee was also so friendly and accommodating, let me check in early and provided very helpful instructions. I could not have asked for a better place in Fukuoka and will not hesitate to come here again when I’m back!
