Es gibt 2 Zimmer welche zur Nutzung ausgeschrieben sind. Hierbei handelt es sich um einen Raum in dem ein 140x200 Bett steht. Die Zimmer sind mit Echt Holz Dielen und mit Testsieger Matratzen ausgestattet. Dazu ÖkoTex Standart Bettwäsche. Unserer Meinung nach Allergiker Freundlich. Der Stadtteil grenzt an den Wald (Naturschutzgebiet) und der Garten ist ideal für Verabredungen, Treffen und Begegnungen.
