I appreciated Kristen's fast replies from the start of booking! She's an excellent host and accommodated a late checkout, in advance. She communicated everything clearly and even sent a message during my family's stay - just to make sure things were to our liking and going well! Her home is well taken-cared of and equipped with everything from kitchen supplies, to bathroom essentials, games for all the kiddos and adults, plus enough bedding/blankets to cozy up on a chilly night. Her home is well thought-out and especially inviting for a family like ours - who just needed an unplanned staycation retreat! This quickly became our family's favorite Airbnb stay yet! Cannot thank Kristen enough for her A+++ communication and accommodations!!

Carrie brought homemade cookies when we checked in as well as a few footballs after she saw we had young boys. The pictures on the ad are a bit outdated but that means the place is way better than we expected as they have all new furniture. Very cozy cabin with all the needed amenities.

This is a cute lil place with great touches for folks with pets. Clean and practical as well.

4 Bears is the most beautiful home I have stayed at to date! I loved that there’s 2 full bathrooms and that you literally only need to pack your clothes and any personal hygiene beyond the typical supplies. Bonus was the coffee station was fully stocked and the kids loved the complimentary snacks.

We have family on the Kenai Peninsula and have been looking for our go to "home away from home" for our visits...and I think we found it! Carl gave me clear directions and check in instructions before our arrival and let me know that the place was ready before the normal check in. It was exactly as described, totally clean, and had pretty much everything we needed for an extended stay. Parking is right outside the entrance for easy in and out. The decor and custom touches were very nice - especially loved the door to the unit. It was filled with light from the large windows and sliding door. The bathroom was generously sized. Bed was comfy. There were extra blankets, great for cool fall mornings. It was lovely to walk on the beach and watch the sunsets. We are very grateful that we were able to have hubby's mom and brother over for family dinner. We hope to be able to return more frequently and for longer visits now that we've found this wonderful place to stay.

Amber is a great host! The house was clean and very comfortable for a group of 4. Amber went above and beyond even letting us use a personal cooler for our lunches during the day while fishing. A couple of our guys did complain about how uncomfortable a couple of the beds where. But they made it work. Overall a great experience and again Amber is an exceptional host! We will be back.

Melyssa’s home was perfect for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, conveniently located and had all the amenities you could ever want while traveling. Melyssa was great to work with throughout our entire experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

My favorite Airbnb ever, great atmosphere, great people, very clean, very friendly!

We stayed for over 6 weeks after relocating to the area and purchasing our home. The apartment was in a great location, and we appreciated having a kitchen and room to spread out since we were staying for a longer time. Mary was always very helpful and responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Me and my fiancé went to kenai for a quick weekend trip with our family. It was the perfect space for us and we made lots of memories. On a time crunch, my future mother in law left her very special blanket with all her grandkids on it. Our lovely hosts wasted no time to ship it to us in Anchorage. We couldnt have been more grateful. Thank you for letting us stay. We definitely will be back 💗

Fred's place is fantastic. Very, very, clean and comfortable. The space was well thought out and useful. Very private and peaceful location. Great place to relax and enjoy all that the Kenai Peninsula has to offer. Highly recommend!

Robb’s roost is in Kenai which is the Capitol for sockeye salmon fishing. This time of year it was boiling with fish everywhere. Came in to support our 21 year old son who was playing for the Penisula Oilers collegiate summer baseball team as part of the Alaskan College Baseball League ABL Robb is a great communicator. Some of the most beautiful day trips where I saw things that take your breathe away, bears, schools of fish, moose, Bald Eagles. The glaciers, snow caps and wooded forest are truly spectacular Gods blessings Craig Johns
