House Amalía with its three apartments (GardenApt, Beletage, Penthouse) is centrally located in a quiet side street, close to the historic Amalía Square. The Beletage terrace offers views of the garden and a tad of the sea. Grocery stores are just around the corner. As are cafes, port restaurants, shops and the pier for a stroll. A small staircase leads to a private rock beach with calming crystal clear waters.

Aspra Chomata Villas

Aspra Chomata Villas are a complex of two independent houses of 50 sq.m. each one. They are built within a five-acre estate overgrown with centuries-old olive trees in boho Cycladic architecture and aesthetics with a few touches of an earthy village element. The residences consist of a ground floor with a 20 sq m courtyard and a first floor with a 20 sq m balcony. Both villas have an unobstructed view of the sea (Gulf of Karystos) both from the balcony and from the bedroom.
