Diōni is a brand-new, stylish seafront home that blends modern minimalism with natural beauty. Beach Side Apartment

A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, close to the beach. It has a full kitchen including full oven, fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave and coffee machine, and free wifi. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, double bed and a partial sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds and a fully fitted wardrobe and a safe. The sofa expands into a spacious sofa-bed so a 5th person can sleep comfortably. All rooms have air conditioning, and we also provide a hair dryer and washing machine.

Noa Beachfront Suite

Located directly on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Kos island, in Kardamena, this newly built spacious Suite (40m2) is located on the first floor of a Beachfront property and it has two sea view balconies. It has fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dining area, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, 42' LCD TV with satellite channels, free Wi-FI, independent central A/C system, king size bed and king size sofa. Live a unique experience in our Beachfront Suite.

"Villa Athena" consists of 5 separate one-bedroom apartments on garden level (ground floor) and is situated in a prime location facing the beautiful sandy beach of Tigaki. Each apartment has one main bedroom and then the seating area with kitchenette has 2 other beds.(There is air conditioning in each apartment- it's optional & if one decides to need to use it then there's a small extra charge per day). Each apartment has its own private bathroom with shower.

Our renovated for 2024 well-appointed studio about 35m2(2nd floor), offers fully equiped kitchen, air condition,flat screen TV,wifi, bathroom with spacious shower and large balcony. Because of our central location you can explore all Kardamena village by foot! We are about 80m from Kardamena's bus station, taxi station and the biggest super market. Kardamena's coastal road, central beach and barstreet is about 200m far away.
