The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

Responsive host, clean unit. Alll we need in our stay are available, though, we did not use their things as we bring our own personal stuffs . Clear instruction , hassle-free check-in . The price is fair, just enough for their services , maintenance cost, and utilities . Definitely, we will book this again.

I had an amazing 10-day stay at Angelica’s condo in the vibrant BGC/Burgos Circle area! The location is unbeatable, with plenty to do—shopping, dining, and exploring—all within walking distance. The coffee shop in the lobby was perfect for morning brews, and having a laundry service and a convenience store right next door made my stay even more comfortable. Angelica was an exceptional host, providing quick responses and thoughtful local recommendations. The area felt very safe and was always lively, making it a perfect home base during my trip. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely return on my next visit!

Host Nicky is very responsive and attentive to our needs, we encountered issues during check-in; but he was able to sort it out in a timely manner. The property itself was comfy and feels like home, complete kitchen utensils is provided. The house looks neat, and cleaned properly. The Graham Bar was delicious, we selected Mango flavor. We'll surely comeback to taste the Oreo Mango Graham Bar. We're looking forward for new flavors of your Graham Bars :">>.

Highly recommend Malou’s Place. Both units were clean, 309 is bit bigger, we had everything we need. wifi is super fast. good size ref if you’re staying long, water heater for shower as well as some other kitchen basics. Bring your personal needs, except towels and linens. no complains becoz any of the 2 units you choose would be super super worth the owner’s rate. super excellent rate. If you are travelling with a group or you want an extra room for anything, nothing beats Malou’s Place. Same as always, the Grace Residences is a homey place for us, been here many many times already. everything is just down there in the commercial area - restos, salon, water station, Lbc, supermarket, bank, starbucks, gym and pay parking. grab is also very easy to get to visit the surrounding metropolis. Bonifacio Global City is 15-20mins away. Thats all for now… Would love to stay again soon!

Another standout feature is how fresh and pleasant the place smells, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

My family had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and US Embassy. The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

Our stay at Rolando's place is great. our family had a wonderful time. The place is so big, high ceiling and rooms are spacious but the nicest thing about the place is that they have a lot of bathroom. Our stay will be a lot comfortable if we booked it during December wherein the weather is cold. But since we stayed here during Holy Week and the weather now is really hot, we really have to bear the heat. They have 2 big industrial fans to help ease the heat, which helps a lot. So happy that we had spent some time in this place. Thank you so much.

This is a spacious, simple, clean apartment with all the kitchen equipment you need. No clutter around. Two generous sofas. Almost at the top floor of the building, which has a spacious lobby. Gym and swimming pool available on floor 6. The host, Sweety (Rova June) is very responsive, and her helper, Ate Beth was always available next door if needed. One of the best neighbourhoods in Makati, near a nice park and very close to GreenBelt Outdoor Mall. A very good Airbnb in every way.

I appreciate Maria's efforts in accommodating my short stay. The peacefulness of her place matched my preference. The place was also spotless and easy to access. I wish to stay longer the next time I plan on having a relaxing weekend with my friends.

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich würde sie nicht mit den angegebenen 6 Personen nutzen, das wäre mir zu eng. Aber das ist meine persönliche Meinung. Es war alles vorhanden as gebraucht wurde. Der Umbau der Wohnung mit dem Wohnbereich zur Terrasse hin hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Einen japanischen Stil konnten wir nicht erkennen. Aber auch das ist sicher eine Frage der Interpretation. Die Kommunikation mit Chloe war problemlos und das Apartment war auf jeden Fall ihr Geld wert. Viel besser als ein Hotel. Die Pools und der Fitnessraum waren ein extra Plus. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Beautifully presented apartment with easy access to lots of amenities and onward travel. The hosts were wonderful and quickly responded to all queries in a friendly and instructive manner. I used the pool facilities during our stay and they were perfectly clean and well maintained, as is the whole complex. Would recommend 100%. My parents had a good stay, this is a good place with great location

Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.
