We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

Discover a hidden basement speakeasy, soak in the year-round hot tub, gather around the firepit or enjoy cards and cocktails in the heated and cooled vintage camper. The stock tank is open March through October as a cold plunge in cooler weather and a refreshing pool in summer. Primary guest must be 25+. Events require advance approval.
