We call this rural acreage the highway house. It's located in the country with ample parking available. It also is wonderfully accessible to numerous hunting locales for hunters. It's within 10 miles to the Kirwin Wildlife Refuge, and there's great hunting opportunities for deer, pheasant, and other wildlife nearby. It is intended to be a quiet retreat from the hustle & bustle of city life where one can stay secluded, watch movies on the large screen TV , connect your computer or take a walk.
