This amazing home was originally built in the 1945 and has been lovingly maintained, and recently fully renovated and upgraded to today's lifestyle amenities. All furniture and mattresses are new and plush and will cradle you to sleep. Secure high speed internet and flat screen TVs allow for Netflix or App entertainment. Home Base Resort #6

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an open loft with two queen beds. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but we charge a 20 fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet.

Richfield is less than 2 hours from all 5 "MIGHTY 5" National Parks, making it an ideal centrally located place to stay. This property is also perfect for those coming to town for Fish Lake, sporting events, Snow College South activities, outdoor recreation, or the world famous Rocky Mountain ATV Jamboree (we have PLENTY of ATV/UTV parking space!). The main house sits on our 10 acre boutique farm/camp, Wildland Gardens. Our unique home has 2 bedrooms & a common area sleeping space. We have a total of 1 King and 3 Queen beds. It is convenient, relaxing & beautiful; a perfect stop while traveling cross-country or visiting Utah's Big 5 National Parks. Hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, ATV trails and Mystic Hot Springs are nearby. We have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Guests have private access to our Hot tub and patio.

Historic Pioneer Cabin

This is an 1800s original ranch house that has been modified to include modern amenities. This property has two beds and one bath. The kitchen features apartment-sized appliances and is stocked with basic items. This unit includes a washer and dryer, mainly because we know people come to our area to explore and get dirty. The Cabin is centrally located to ATV and hiking trails, Monroe Paragliding, Hot Springs, Hunting, and fishing.
