Unique home located on the Crow River, walking distance to downtown New London with shopping, coffee, restaurants and a brewery. The property has a fire pit and dock and you can watch the New London water ski show from the dock. The home was built in 1912 as a hospital (Sunnyside Hospital) but has been converted into a comfortable and fun place to gather friends and family. Part of the yard is completely fenced in. Features a large deck with amazing river views to watch the local wildlife.

Hand-hewn rock gas fireplace, massage chair, fully stocked modern kitchen, wifi, YouTube TV (local channels & espn) & streaming. Enjoy the gazebo & hot tub next to the cabin throughout the seasons. I live across the street & clean and sanitize, so I know it is done properly. Note: Optional (additional charge) game room available.

You will have plenty of space in this 10 bedroom, 15 bed lake home that comfortably sleeps 20. Relax and enjoy peaceful views of lake Norway from one of two living rooms. Sit around the the fireplace and relax or go for a kayak/or paddle board ride. You will find the kitchen supplied with all the appliances and dishes needed to celebrate together. Walk in to our lovely family cottage, and straight through to the best beach on Green Lake! Sandy as far as you can walk, and a great lake for fishing too. You'll have the full house, with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. We've been doing lots of renovations, including a brand new bathroom with large walk in shower, new roof, siding, driveway, etc... Boat and pontoon lifts are available, though no boat/pontoon provided.
