A fully equipped garden villa, able to accommodate 10 persons in three spacious bedrooms. The property is ideally located right in front of the beach, offering unobstructed views of the Ionian Sea. Within a 10min drive from the town of Preveza, a 35min drive from Lefkada island and close to many different sights and crystal clear beaches. The house is fully A/C, offers a smart TV, free Wifi, a spacius bathroom and a small WC, washing machine, dishwasher, barbeque and is kids and pets friendly!

Pelagoo Residence

Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

The house is located in the historic city center, 100m from the central pedestrian road and the main square. It is located next to the church of "Panagia ton Xenon" and almost next to the Public Library. Behind the house is a charming labyrinth of narrow streets leading to neighborhoods of the old town with characteristic houses, examples of its particular architecture. 200 meters far, there is the municipal parking area and main road of restaurants, cafés and bars.
