The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.

È una bellissima casa di 75 metri quadrati, proprio sulla spiaggia di Faros. È il piano terra di una casa bifamiliare progettata da un noto architetto ikariano. Il cortile privato si estende letteralmente fino alla spiaggia. Ideale per famiglie che cercano un soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo, ma anche per coppie in cerca di vacanze senza stress.
