I just can’t say enough what a great trip I had and Q and Carl were the central point that everything pivoted around. With the rental car and their knowledge of the area I was able to fish my heart out and enjoy the culture of the Bahamas. I’ll absolutely be back! If you want to DIY fish or have a quiet culturally satisfying trip look no further.

The best host I think I have had yet. Very kind and welcoming. Mrs Chatti has a great personality and is very helpful. The entire home was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The room I was afforded to stay in reflected the home entirely and was also very warm , comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very clean and everything worked well. I did not have a single issue with this air bnb experience other than I wish I had the provisions to extend my stay longer as it was a relaxing and calm habitat suited for the therapeutic environment that I so desperately need. The only issue I had was with the check in time because we had a minor miscommunication which she handled respectfully. Overall a great air bnb to stay at or to recommend to someone. P.S. make sure to ask about her candles and straw work as she creates, produces, and sells great quality products. Thank you Mrs Chatti.

I stayed at Marks home on Andros and absolutely loved it. Patti and Mark were some of the best hosts I have ever stayed with, responsive, helpful and great to be around. Would recommend this home to anyone going to Andros for their first time, or season island veterans. I will be returning!

We stayed during Spring break week, couldn't have asked for a better place to spend it with my husband and two teenage boys Doc's listing looks just like the pictures (No guests were staying at the other two townhouses, so we had the place for ourselves) It was an awesome experience, San Andros is a beautiful and peaceful place! White sand and turquoise water just a few steps from the house We went kayaking and snorkeling every day. There is fishing gear at the house, that my boys enjoyed Bedrooms were clean, comfortable beds, excellent quality of linens, towels, and comforters. Same goes for the bathrooms, everything was perfectly clean. They are very few restaurants, so we cooked/grilled at the house most of the time. We appreciate Ron's help (Doc's assistant). He made us feel right at home, drove us from the airport to the rental car and then guided us to the house. He was very attentive to all our needs and promptly solved any small issues we had. I'm sure we'll be back again ! ?

My stay was wonderful and Shantel is an amazing host. She went above and beyond to assist me when I asked but also gave me privacy. I would recommend renting a car if you're staying here and Shantel can help set that up. The paddle boards and the kayaks are great to use. Also, Shantel has a small shop where you can get necessities within a short walk. I felt very safe staying here and really appreciate all of Shantels advice and assistance. Thanks!

You know those pictures of places that are advertised as you having a private beach with no one else around? This is that place! If you want peace, rest, and relaxation this spot is perfect. North Andros, as Francine mentions in her description, is truly undeveloped. Her house/rentals are in Nichollstown where you are among the local people. The water is beautiful and warm, the sands are white with lots of shells and sea glass (I collected quite a bit!). We stayed in Sea Glass Villa 1 - beautiful place with many amenities. To get there, you do need to take a puddle jumper from the Nassau airport - its about a 20 minute flight to Andros Island. Zona, the local property manager is your life line for all things. He is accommodating and loves to share the history of his town and family. His wife Bernadette is a fabulous cook! We had several meals made by her and relatives - lobster, conch 3 ways (fritters, crack conch, and conch seviche), and breakfast. Wonderful vacation!! Thank you!
