There is a separate entrance at the rear side of the house, and a parking space available near the entrance. Our place is ideal toward people staying here for work. No extra guests other than requested and no party or smoking allowed. No pet allowed.

Second bed for two guests must be requested with onetime fee $40. Parking permit is available upon request. No parties. No cleaning fees. Entrance is downstairs with narrow steps with a twist.

Lovely 1 bedroom basement studio. Private entrance, lots of storage, very quiet and it gets some light. Steps to the Omni Shoreham, short walk to Woodley Park metro station, buses, grocery stores, restaurants and Rock Creek Park. We are very mindful of having the place clean. The house host is a classical piano player, so you might hear some of the music at times. If this is a problem for our guests, we are very flexible with agreeing on piano playing times.
