Kalmar: case vacanze con accesso alla spiaggia

Eine schöne Unterkunft. Schön gestaltete Räume. Tolle Küche. Betten im Obergeschoss. Gut gelegen am Rand der Innenstadt. Bademöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Zum Bahnhof nur ca. 800 m. Nette Vermieter, sehr hilfsbereit. Rundum ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Tolle wohnung Wohnung. Ich war mit meinem Sohn (10) dort, war perfekt für uns: max. 5 Minuten zum Strand oder dem Bootmanager, wir sind jeden Tag SUP gefahren. Magnus und Malin haben super-schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Gerne wieder!

Logement très spacieux et conforme aux photos. Mona et son mari sont discrêts et ont toujours été disponibles lors de notre séjour. Idéal pour un séjour en famille.

We had a great time. The hosts were very responsive and they helped us with last minute requests. The area is also very peaceful and safe. As the property is very close to nature, there can be little insects (although not harmful), so good to have a look around! Also I would say the property is perfect for couple of people, with one kid also its manageable, but can become bit squeezed at times :) Overall it was a good couple of nights spent!

We really liked our stay. Nina and Peter were very friendly and the house was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. It is a short walk from the water and is in a very quiet place. It is 20 minutes drive from Kalmar. We highly recommed this place.

We stayed due to IronMan and so were hardly there but Mårten and his wife were very helpful. Nothing was too much effort and no question left unanswered. Thank you so much

Fredriks lägenhet är väldisponerad och allt man behöver finns. Fräscht och rent, sköna sängar och nära till allt. Samtidigt lugnt läge i välskött fastighet. Fredrik svarar snabbt och är lätt att kommunicera med. Vi bor gärna i Fredriks lägenhet igen!

Mycket trivsam och rymlig lägenhet. Mycket bra sängar, bra internet (även för distansarbete), allt finns som man behöver. Vardagsrum med stor TV. Värdparet är trevliga och allt funkade jättebra. Nära till hav, strand, slottet, och Stensö naturområde. Väldigt fina cykelväger. Nära till centrum med stort utbud av restauranger. Vi är stamgäster här sedan flera år.

Really nice house a couple of minutes by car from Köpingsvik. A big heated pool made the stay even nicer even though the weather was chilly. Everything was according to the description. If you are looking for something like this, this would be a great choice!

Great house, a 5 minute drive from central Karlskrona! Lots of toys for kids available, and very responsive host. Overall very clean (on the surface), but needs a deep clean (lights, doors, skirting boards... Details). 😊👌lovely host! Thank you

En mysig bostad med havsutsikt, härlig uteplats. Väldigt rent och fint.

Het huisje van Per is ons boven verwachting bevallen, echt een heerlijke plek voor een paar dagen genieten. De boot was ook een fantastische toevoeging! De host Per is zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk, bracht ons nog een reddingsvest voor onze oudste dochter. Top service!

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i Annas meget hyggelige hus. Vi er en familie på fire personer. Huset havde alt, hvad vi skulle bruge. Køkken og badeværelse er rigtig pæne og der er to gode soveværelser. Omgivelserne er smukke i efterårsfarver, og der er masser af muligheder for at udforske skærgården. Anna var en meget venlig vært og svarede hurtigt og præcist på vores spørgsmål. Kan bestemt anbefales.

Dejlige omgivelser og fint udgangspunkt for fisketur.

We are extremely happy with the stay at Camilla and Patrik’s house. They are nice and fun! The house has chicken, dog and sheep nearby which our daughter enjoyed. It also has a hot tub and nice patio that adults enjoyed. The bed is nice, the kitchen is fantastic. The only thing to call out is that the narrow staircase is a bit tricky for our two-year old daughter to walk down. So we decided to bath the kids outdoor instead. That was kind of fun too! Overall, I feel it was a fantastic place to relax. We would definitely recommend the place and would be happy to stay at the property again if the opportunity arises. Thanks Camilla and Patrik!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Perfekt zum abschalten und um die Akkus aufzuladen! Sehr ruhig gelegen und direkt am Wasser! Der Blick war unbeschreiblich schön und das Haus so modern eingerichtet! Detta var helt klart vårt bästa boende vi haft på 8 år i Köpingsvik! Att vi är extremt nöjda är verkligen ingen överdrift och det finns inget negativt alls att hitta om varken boendet eller värden. Allt var TOP NOTCH och ett välkomnande som hette duga!! Full pott till Maria och Jörgen!!

We had a lovely stay at Jonna’s place. The bedroom is small, the living space is large and nicely decorated and the kitchen was very functional. In nice weather, the outside porch would be the best place to relax at. There is lovely walking areas close by. Jonna was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this place.

Lovely flat - had everything we needed for a couple of nights' stay and really well put together.

Fin lägenhet i bra läge. Nära Ölandsbron och flera mataffärer, och du kan gå ner till centrala stan på cirka 30 minuter eller köra på fem minuter.

Jättefin, fräsh och komplett lägenhet med allt du behöver och lite till! Boendet får extra plus för den smakfulla inredningen, att det var rent, fräsht och luktade väldigt gott! Sköna sängar, stort badrum, bra utrustat kök! Jessica och Fredrik var lätta att kommunicera med och svarade snabbt på våra frågor. Rekommenderas!

La casa di Marie, è DAVVERO molto molto bella!!! Enorme, ampi spazi, una grandissima cucina e un ampia sala in cui stare tutti in compagnia. peccato esserci stati solo x 1 notte. SUPER CONSIGLIATA!!!

Everything was smooth and Peter was very quick to respond and a warm and welcoming host :) only observation is that it would be good to have a trash can in the toilet especially the one with shower.

Excellent séjour chez Roger ! Le logement est très confortable, l'hôte très accueillant et les instructions fournies très utiles. Nous avons aussi pu profiter des vélos mis à disposition pour se balader.
