Spencer townhouse is architecturally designed, newly constructed October 2021, and specified to the highest standards. We provide undercover car parking, (sorry, one car only due to site limitations) together with comfortable accommodation for our valued guests. The Albany Heritage precinct, marina, pubs, restaurants, and Hilton Garden hotel are within a few minutes walk. The upstairs reading nook, with sofa bed, has views across Princess Royal Harbour towards the Albany Wind Farm.

The house has 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, and two good sized living areas, one of which includes an open plan kitchen/dining area. The house is fully furnished with comfortable stylish furniture. Linen is provided. The kitchen is well equipped and has a Smeg oven.
