Διαθέτει περιφραγμένο προαύλιο χώρο με χλοοτάπητα , βεράντα και κήπο με λουλούδια που καθιστούν το χώρο μας ιδανικό για οικογένειες.Στο εσωτερικό η πολυτέλεια και η άνεση θα σας προσφέρουν μια μοναδική εμπειρία για τις διακοπές σας. Το Καλαμάκι είναι ένας προορισμός που σας παρέχει την απόλυτη ηρεμία και χαλάρωση.

Garden House ALPHA

The house is located quite spectacular on a small hill with 5000 sqm land. This site offers views in all directions,to the sea, mountains and valleys. The old garden with palms,cactus,oleander and olives is generously planned. The traditionally built stone house with ~ 80 sqm is completely renovated and furnished modern. The salt water pool (8x3,5 m) is heated from June onwards . You drive to the village Kamilari 5, to Kommos beach 10 and to the airport 60 minutes.

Villa Bougainvillea

Villa Bougainvillea is an old stone house that was build in early 19th century and was renovated recently. It is 10 minutes away from the famous beaches of Matala, Kommos,Agiofarago, Kalamaki, Kokkinos Pyrgos and Kaloi Limenes. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.
