Kalamaki Beach: soggiorni in alloggi sulla spiaggia

La maison de Maria est confortable, idéalement située. Les deux terrasses sont magnifiques. Tout les commerces et la plage sont à 5mn à pied. Maria s'est montrée très accueillante, réactive et conciliante. Nous avons déjà envie de revenir....

la maison est très jolie et confortable, il y a tout de proximité ( restaurant-bar... ecc ...) la hôte Niki très gentille et chaleureuse, une des meilleures expérience airbnb, sûrement à répéter.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Vor allem in der Vorsaison ruhig. Grosser Aussenplatz für die eigene Nutzung und Kaffeetrinken direkt am Meer😊. Der Innenbereich grosszügig, so dass man sich auch bei kühleren Temperaturen drinnen wohl fühlen kann. Kommunikation super, schnell und sehr freundlich. Danke Nikos! Auch für das Willkommens - Geschenk (Früchte, Wasser und Olivenöl)

Wir waren im Herbst eine Woche mit unseren drei Kindern in Frangokastello. Wir wurden von den Gastgebern sehr herzlich empfangen und haben sogar verschiedene regionale Lebensmittel geschenkt bekommen, darunter Feta, Gebäck und Zitrusfrüchte. Die Unterkunft selbst bietet alles was man braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Ofen und die Strandnähe. In der Nebensaison ist der Ort sehr, sehr ruhig, es gibt nur eine Hand voll Tavernen in der ganzen Gegend und ein paar Supermärkte, die geöffnet sind. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört.

Amazing view from the sauna and jacuzzi. Super cozy place and was super clean as well. The host was super helpful and was really flexible when we had to make adjustments to our plans during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Holiday home from home. everything good. Vassilis very helpful with lots of good extras in room. Studio clean, bright airy, good WiFi with large kitchen area, Expresso coffee machine. Bathroom a tad small, but works. Sleep quiet with shutters closed, Beach 5 minutes walk. Bus stop to Heraklion and airport 3 minutes. Private parking space. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und mit zwei Familien (jew. 2 Erw + 2 Kinder) in der Unterkunft. Tolle Terrasse mit viel Platz und Privatsphäre und direkter Zugang zum Meer. Die Kommunikation mit Lambros war perfekt und die Gastfreundschaft hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Würden jederzeit wieder dort hin reisen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit bei Constantine. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit einfach und unkompliziert. Wir wurden direkt an der kleinen Zufahrt zum Parkplatz empfangen, sodass wir diese gut finden konnten. In der Wohnung angekommen, erwartet Dich ein traumhafter Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und die Ausstattung war die Beste, die wir bisher hatten. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt und es gab sogar Snacks, Kaffee, Wasser und Wein zur Begrüßung. Restaurants, Bars, die Altstadt und natürlich der Strand waren schnell erreichbar. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Vielen Dank, lieber Constantine ☺️

Notre séjour Chez Aleksandros s’est extrêmement bien passé. Nous avons adorés l’endroit et l’ambiance du lieu. Le fait que le logement se trouve dans un beach club nous a permis de profiter facilement du restaurant. Les serveurs étaient adorables ! Notre fils de 2 ans avait de l’espace et pouvait autant profiter de la piscine que de la plage. Petit bémol si vous comptez rester sur place pour manger, les équipements du logement restent limités mais Aleksandros est disponible dès que besoin. Nous recommandons vivement le lieu !!!

The villa is a most beautiful place for a relaxed family vacation. Quiet, spacious and with all the amenities for a relaxed stay. The next town is nearby, only a few minutes away by car. The local support is excellent, very friendly, very responsive and alert. All in all, a very recommendable place.

We had a great stay at the villa for a week during a shoulder period. The proximity of the villa to a fabulous cafe and restaurant was great, with only a short 100m walk to both. The villa is super comfortable and decorated tastefully. Nikos arranged a hire car to be dropped off and picked up from us at the villa which was so convenient. We had a late check in and arranged to find some sandwiches from the cafe in the fridge, a bowl of drukte, bottle of wine and biscuits - a very welcome surprise. This is a great option to come and stay even during the low season.

Stella's Home was the most positive Airbnb experience I've ever had (and I've had some really lovely ones). The place is beautiful and the views are some of the best I've ever seen with the beach being only a 6 minute walk away. Stella was also an exceptional host. She stocked the fridge with some complementary groceries which made for a really positive start to our trip, especially after a day of traveling. It was also one of the most thoughtful things a host has done for one of my stays. Stella was also very communicative, checking in to make sure everything was going well for us and if we needed anything. The hot tub was amazing, the house was spotless and comfortable, the description of the space completely accurate. 5 days was not enough for us here and if I ever make it back to Crete, I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Asunto vastasi täysin kuvausta ja valokuvia. Kohde on siisti. Rannalle muutaman minuutin kävelymatka, ja se on erittäin hyvä uimiseen. Hiekka on hienoa ja aurinkopetejä saatavilla. Majoittuminen sujui erittäin hyvin ja olimme hyvin tyytyväisiä majoitukseen.

From day one the communication was excellent. Elizabeth responded to all messages promptly, & politely. The self check-in instructions were clear & easy to follow. The villa was spotless apon arrival, & we had some welcome treats which were very much appreciated. The bed was more comfortable than our one at home! The location, so near to the beach was amazing. The beach is sandy with crystal clear water. We were well informed of when the cleaners were coming in & Frosso (our contact in Crete) was absolutely lovely. We had a fantastic holiday & would highly recommend the villa. Note - the 3 bedrooms are set across 2 separate properties (upstairs & downstairs, with separate entrances). This was not an issue for us at all. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Mit Hilfe eines Google Maps Links haben wir ohne Probleme zum Apartment gefunden. Wir wurden persönlich und sehr freundlich von Antonis und seiner Frau empfangen und eingewiesen. Für uns standen sogar selbst zubereitete noch ofenwarme griechische Teigtaschen auf dem Esstisch und kühle Getränke im Kühlschrank. Das Apartment ist sehr praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Pool war vorgeheizt, was besonders unsere Tochter erfreute. Großzügigerweise ließ Antonis den Pool die gesamte Zeit beheizt. Das W-LAN funktioniert überall im Haus ausgezeichnet. Vom Schlafzimmer und der Terrasse aus hatten wir einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Das Apartment liegt am östlichen Ortsrand. Zum Hafen, zu Restaurants und Geschäften waren es nur wenige Meter zu Fuß vorbei an schönen Häusern des Ortes. Von Panormos aus haben wir fast täglich Ausflüge in die Umgebung mit dem Mietwagen unternommen, der bequem in Sichtweite vom Apartment abgestellt war. Wir empfehlen Casa Calma sehr!

La maison de Fanis est très bien aménagée et décorée. La chambre avec les lits simples a beaucoup plu à nos enfants ! Nous n’avons pas pu beaucoup utiliser la piscine car il faisait frais mais elle a l’air super ! Nous étions en basse saison donc peu de restaurants ouverts mais la maison est tout à côté de la grande plage. Fanis a été très réactif pour notre arrivée et quand nous avons eu un petit souci d’eau chaude ! Nous recommandons cette maison. Merci à Fanis (et sa maman !)

L'endroit est incroyable, la vue splendide, nature sauvage, dépaysement total et surtout la plage privée et top. Maison bien équipée. Idéal pour se reposer, baignade, rando avec les chèvres, aucunes activités commerciales touristiques hors restos. Village isolé, pas du tout touristique, si c'est ce que vous recherchez c'est l'idéal. Attention, l'accès à la maison en voiture est vraiment une piste sur environ 100 à 200m, allez très doucement avec la voiture de location mais largement faisable. Attention une seule superette dans le village qui était fermée, 2 restos dans le village pas toujours ouverts mais très accueillants, parlant peu anglais. Conseil: faire vraiment le plein de vivres pour la durée du séjour à Charakas à 30min avant d'arriver (prévoir de quoi faire un barbecue). Attention l'accès à la plage depuis la maison se fait par un sentier/escalier un peu raide, ne convient pas au gens qui ont du mal de se déplacer.

What a great spacious apartment and even better location,.. and with a panoramic sea view from the spacious balcony/terrace. What more do you need? And chose Kalamaki over Matala (just visit) if you want to relax.

Magnifique! Villa incroyable, d'une beauté exceptionnelle, avec une vue imprenable. Excellente réactivité d'Antonio et de son équipe, excellent service. Un séjour de rêve.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in Georges Haus. Und wieder hat es uns so gut gefallen, am Morgen direkt nach dem Aufstehen durch den Garten zu gehen und nach 10 m im Meer zu baden. Die Lage am schönsten Strand von Frangocastello ist Topp. Die Wanderungen in den unberührten Schluchten direkt im Hinterland des Hauses auch. Wir kommen wieder!

Nous avons été totalement ravis du logement et de ses équipements. Chose que je n'avais pas réalisé et qui est un poil dérangeant sont les fêtes à la piscine d'à côté deux fois par semaine. A part cela, tout est parfait. Les hôtes sont charmants et les deux propriétaires sont au petit soin. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Dear Nikolaos, We spent an amazing time in your beautiful beach apartment. Everything was great, the location just few step directly to the Cristal water of the beach. The communication with Nikolaos was perfect, always answered quickly to every question. Great places to eat nearby and a small grocery store also nearby so you can just stay in the area for days without going anywhere. There is right before the apartment a place where you can rent a kayak, scuba dive or book a boat trip, we booked one and went to a half day trip on a nice yacht to Dia island with a nice dinner wich was perfect. I definitely recommend NIkolaos place if you want great holidays in a gorgeous apartment with beautiful view of the beach all day long.The balcony was also great and we loved to spent time there eating or just relaxing. Thank you Nikolaos for everything and we hope to come back one day🙏

Wir haben einige Nächte im Apartment verbracht. Es war perfekt, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und man konnte tatsächlich kochen (habe das bisher noch nie so gut erlebt), die Strandlage super, der Kontakt mit Zabia äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Es gab süße Katzen, die uns auf der großen Dachterrasse besucht haben. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
