Kakovatos: case vacanze con accesso alla spiaggia

Man wohnt bei Catherine und ihrer Familie mit im Haus. 2 Appartements sind unterhalb der Wohnung von Catherine und George und eins ist noch oben drüber. Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet genug Platz, damit alle ihre Privatsphäre haben. Jeder hat eine eigene Terrasse und wird nicht von den anderen gestört. 2 Minuten zu Fuß befindet sich eine wunderschöne kleine Bucht. Sehr praktisch ist dann, dass das Appartement mit einer Außendusche ausgestattet ist. Einfach toll. In dem kleinen Örtchen befindet sich sonst allerdings kaum etwas, dementsprechend braucht man am besten ein Auto. Catherine und George sind tolle Gastgeber. Sie sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Hauseingangstür war quasi immer offen und man hatte das Gefühl es ist immer jemand da. Wir hatten eine tolle Auszeit.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, light-filled, large, modern apartment close to the beach and walkable to other Kalamata neighborhoods. It was a great place to stay!

As far as hosting and hospitality goes, Athanasia went above and beyond and nothing was too much for her. We were given some really helpful tips and recommendations, especially on where to dine. The property is modern, spotlessly clean and lent itself perfectly to our needs, which was to have a property within close proximity of local amenities, whilst benefitting from privacy and quietness. The bed is super comfy and the shower is amazing. The kitchen was generously stocked with coffee (Nespresso machine and capsules) and utensils should you decide to cater for yourselves. Athanasia's property is aptly named Serendipity! Serendipity is a perfect and leading example of what is expected from an Airbnb property! Thank you Athanasia for everything and we'd definitely stay again!

Ο χώρος της Νατάσσας αξίζει τα 5 αστέρια και με το παραπάνω. Άψογο διαμέρισμα, λειτουργικό, ευρύχωρο, με ωραία πίσω αυλή απόλυτα ιδιωτική. Παρά πολύ καθαρό, ωραία διακόσμηση. Οι παροχές ίσως είναι και παραπάνω από όσες αναφέρονται στην καταχωριση ( πχ καφές πρωινό). Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ένα τέταρτο με τα πόδια από την παραλία κι άλλο ένα τέταρτο για τα μαγαζιά για να βγεις για ποτό και φαΐ. Ήσυχη γειτονια με εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Η Νατασα ήταν πολύ καλή, ευγενική και διακριτική και απαντούσε αμέσως σε ότι ερώτημα είχαμε. Σιγουρα θα επιλέξουμε τον χώρο για τη διαμονή αν ξαναέρθουμε Καλαμάτα και τον συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

We had a wonderful time at Nadia's Studio. We were a family of 3 adults and a kid and Nadia made sure to support us in every possible way to ensure that we spend a beautiful holiday. We never experienced a host that was so helpful and that offered us such a warm hospitality. The house where the studios are is very nice, with private terraces for each studio and a beautiful shared garden with hammocks at the shade of olive trees. The studio itself had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. Additionally, the location is very good and only around 5 min by car to the nicest beach in the island, easily accessible. Nadia had also great recommendations to places to visit and allowed us to spend a beautiful holiday. Definitely the best host we've met so far. A full 100% recommendation.

Πολύ καλός χώρος. Το ίδιο και η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη. Ήσυχη γειτονιά με εύκολο πάρκινγκ στο δημόσιο δρόμο. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά αν επισκεφτώ την πόλη

Η κα Στέλλα είναι καταπληκτική οικοδέσποινα, φιλική, με προτάσεις για την περιοχή! Το σπίτι είναι πολύ όμορφη, ανακαινισμένη μονοκατοικία με άπλετο χώρο και εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Είχαμε μαζί μας ένα μωρό και βρήκαμε παρκοκρεβατο και καρεκλακι σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση. Η περιοχή είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμη, δίπλα στο λιμανάκι με τα μαγαζιά και κοντά στο πανέμορφο πάρκο Σιδηροδρόμων. Βρίσκαμε πάντα πάρκινγκ στο δρόμο μπροστά στο σπίτι. Εις το επανιδείν!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Athina & Chris. Le logement est tres propre, agréable et fonctionnel. C’était une petite bulle cocooning parfaite pour se poser après une journée à la mer ou en escapade. A proximité (20 min environs) des belles plages. Hôtes très réactifs et aimables. Nous recommandons.

My wife and I loved Niko’s place. Great location, we felt right at home. We walked to the supermarket and bought fresh vegetables and made salads. The local restaurants on the path and off were wonderful. So many things to do and see. Niko’s place was wonderful and we hope to stay again when we return!

Der zweiwöchige Aufenthalt hat echt gut gefallen. Lage ist sehr gut. Apartment hat alles für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Komme gerne wieder.

We booked this place in order to have a more relaxing slow paced time after busy sight seeing elsewhere for the previous 7 weeks. This apartment was just what we were after. Magnificent view for starters, that you’ll never grow bored of. The apartment is a real home with a well appointed kitchen and quality appliances. You’ll have all the supplies you need, Nikos goes over and above to supply everything. Beds are comfortable and the place is so quiet. Kalamata was easy to get around & the apartment was close to supermarkets & restaurants. Highly recommend this fabulous place and it’s definitely worth the money.

Ήταν όλα τέλεια! Το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες και πεντακάθαρο!! Είχε ότι χρειάζεται κανείς για θα άνετη διαμονή . Η τοποθεσία επίσης ήταν πολύ βολική , δίπλα στην Μαρίνα της Καλαμάτας , αλλά και στο κέντρο και παραλία όπου πας άνετα με τα πόδια ! Η κυρία Ελένη ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική, την ευχαριστούμε πολύ ! Οπότε ξανά έρθουμε Καλαμάτα σίγουρα θα ξανά προτιμήσουμε το διαμέρισμα!

Άψογος χώρος, καθαρός και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος. Το διαμέρισμα έχει όλες τις βασικές ανέσεις και βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης, κοντά στην πλατειά. Θα το ξαναπροτιμούσα

Πολύ καλή και σύντομη η επικοινωνία. Ο χώρος είναι πολύ άνετος και περιποιημένος με υπεροχο μπαλκόνι. Η τοποθεσια ειναι εξαιρετική, πολύ κοντα στην παραλία.
