One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed. Hosts were wonderful and super helpful and responsive. The pool was perfect and the house is larger than expected. It has 4 bedrooms, each with individual bathroom. The house is a bit far from fort kochi itself, but the perfect location in the backwaters.

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . A truly special experience made better by Deepu and his family whims on.

It is an extremely serene and calm place. It was perfect for our family getaway and apt for our occasion. 2 caretakers helped us with everything and were very responsive whenever a need arose. It was a great space.

Beautiful 1950’s villa with a team of house staff led by Mr Cherian, who took care of everything including delivering amazing food from the sister hotel Eighth Bastion. Sumptuous breakfasts were provided at the hotel, or we could make our own with the provisions supplied (even our fussy 6 year old enjoyed the cornflakes and banana cake). Had a wonderful staycation, with daily music lessons at the Kerala Kathakali centre.

The place is very well maintained and the bathrooms are really clean and tidy. Would highly recommend to people.

I stayed at Annie’s for one night and absolutely loved it. The space was cosy, quiet, and exceptionally clean — exactly what I needed for a relaxing break. Everything felt peaceful and well taken care of. It was a lovely, comfortable place to unwind, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Neil's place Palm Grove is a great cozy accommodation. The front lawn and the trees beyond welcome you to the smaller private house next to their family home. Beautiful surroundings and the river in 5 mins walk for a quick dip are perfect. Neil's parents are great very helpful and friendly you will feel like you are staying at your close friends house. I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a quiet comfy place near the Cochin airport to explore Kerala.

We had a great stay in Kochi , Sunil and Susan were very friendly and responsive. They were flexible with our check in and check out time which was very helpful. The appartment has all the amenities you need for a short stay and a nice balcony. Would recommend as a great value accomodation for your visit.

The hosts took good care of us, and the stay was peaceful. Situated in the beautiful kadamakudi village, the place is just few minutes walk away from the lake/fields to chill by.

Its a villa in middle of a housing society. First floor available for guests. Its spacious with all necessary features and worth for the price. The host was super responsive and helpful. The road to house is kinda narrow and had trouble reversing there, but the host helped. If you have big cars like innova then avoid.

The stay is just 500m from the railway station. Amruth also helped us by giving a very early check-in. The place looks exactly like the images given. The care taker was also extremely responsive and helpful. So so happy i found this stay as it made our vacation travel so easy. Will definitely come back again!

Colbridge and his family give incredible value for money, particularly in their efforts to provide anything and everything the customer wants or needs. They are full of helpful information and go our of their way to provide any little special requests the guests might have. Their home is spotlessly clean and we can highly recommend the delicious breakfast served each day by the lovely Shalini, his charming wife, as well as the extra services of cleaning and laundry provided by their housekeeper, Shelby. We could not have been happier nor felt luckier. Highly recommended.

My partner and I really loved our stay and felt at home right away. The surroundings are so peaceful and beautiful right next to the river. The rooms and interior are very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the tranquility and the fact that it is a bit secluded, far away from the chaos of the roads. Mary and Tersa are outstanding hosts with heart and soul. We were so well taken care of when we were both not feeling well. Teresa made us medicine for our belly's and checked in with us daily if we needed anything. We felt so cared for and were back on our feet in no time. With all of our frequent travels we rarely have seen such a dedication and care from our hosts. Thank you Mary & Teresa for having us! We will come back again anytime.
