Two bedrooms upstairs - a King bedroom and twin bedroom. Downstairs is the third bedroom with a queen bed and a set of bunks. Separate bathroom downstairs. Open plan lounge. Full sea view. Outdoor bath with hot water in garden. 800m from SH1. 1700m from Moeraki Boulders in one direction. 1700m from Moeraki Tavern and Village in other direction.
