This is a 1 bedroom cabin with a queen. Duvet and pillows. There is also a pullout sofa bed. It is a place to get away from the hustle and bustle. It is run on gas and solar power. There is no TV or microwave. Leave behind your hair dryer and hair straighteners and enjoy the privacy, peace and view. There is a BBQ available. Linen can be provided for a fee. 1st 2 guests are $100 per night then $10 per head per night after that. We are happy to provide a tent for kids to sleep in out on the lawn.

Relax watching the endless stars from the spa or enjoy the north facing living area with bifolding doors opening up to the farm. The seven acre property comprises of two separate residences - the farmhouse and the cabin below, each with its own separate driveway and amenities. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

The Shed offers peaceful rural and water views plus the occasional visit from wild deer and peacock. Nesting swallows on the porch in case you have a fear of birds! It is a restful stop on your travels, or an escape from the hustle bustle of life. Stand alone with a garage between it and the main house. We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

This Modern Bach has a full kitchen, lounge, cinema/games room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Outside enjoy a huge wrap around deck, basketball court, outdoor shower, hidden patio with bush views and the peaceful sounds of nature. Packed away for your enjoyment are surfboards, bikes and more! Relax on the Kaipara Harbour

A lovely fully equipped modern cottage in a rural setting on the beautiful Kaipara Harbour (only 90 mins north of Auckland). Peaceful and private, you can lounge on the bean bags on the deck, or watch the tui as you soak in the bath. Native bush runs down to an estuary outside your floor to ceiling windows. Sheep, dogs, ducks and birdlife share the property with you as well as the occassional peacock harem.

Dormer Tiny House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You will have private access to the entire 2-bedroom self contained tiny house, with large adjoining deck and plenty of space for the kids to run around. The new pool area is shared between the Tiny House and our own home. There is a large pool, heated to 26 degrees, as well as a spa (“hot tub”) which is kept 38-40 degrees. This area is open 8am-8pm.
