Lovely modern apartment with great amenities. Amy was super helpful with instructions for check in and was always responsive. We were only there for 1 night before heading to the airport so unsure about distance to the centre but with a car it's a great location, perfect walking distance to the food market

The unit was exactly as described. Very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen had everything you need. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants and tourist attractions.

Zoe’s place was perfect for what I needed. I was in town for a few days surgeries and the location was convenient, the space was calming and very tidy. It had everything I needed to recover and rest. Thank you Zoe, would recommend to anyone needing a problem free,l and easy Airbnb experience.

Lisa's property is exactly as described in the listing. Lisa is an excellent communicator and is quick to respond. The property is spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you would ever need. This is the second stay here for us and we will definitely stay again.

Loved our stay here, extremely close & convenient to walk to city centre, had everything we needed. Had a tiny issue with electronic door lock having low batteries on our arrival, Rebecca responded quickly & rectified the issue promptly. Would definitely stay here again next time in Christchurch.

Highly recommend Carolyn’s place. Without doubt the nicest air BnB we have stayed at during our New Zealand holiday. Immaculately clean, very comfortable and in a great location it really felt like a home from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was cosy and clean, peaceful and quiet. The furnishings were tasteful, and with a full kitchen and relaxing lounge space, we felt right at home. The heated toilet seat was a pleasant surprise. Situated right across the road from the New Brighton beach, we embraced the beautiful sunrises. We recommend this as a great spot to stay.

Thank you for accomodating our request and let my pooches in your place, outdoor area and fully fence. Cozy apartment, it’s not a big space but it’s enough to come home to sleep after a day in the city. Bed comfy, the pillows are too soft hehe Bathroom are spacious and living area is good too. Narrow driveway but handy to have parking space dedicated to your stay, easy checking in/out. Will I stay again ? YES!

I had an amazing experience staying at Fang's House! The place was spotless, comfortable and relaxing stay. Fang was friendly and responsive. The location was also close to shops and attractions.

Great place. Excellent location, has an off street parking spot. Right in the city, walk to e writhing. Beautiful afternoon sun to patio area, really recommend this pls e to have a nice stay in Chch. Very clean, very new, spotless and modern.
