Beautiful home well maintained by the family. Great efforts by the family for such an eco friendly living. Aditi - such a smart, sensible girl- made our days super special and gave such lovely company to our kids. The family was so welcoming to our kids that my son spend the whole time with his lovely new friend. They shared their home grown veg n free range eggs with us. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Thanks a lot Gopu for hosting us. Helped in all possible ways, most importantly allowed us for early-checkin/checkout. Otherwise it would have been difficult with kids. It was a wonderful stay. We stayed here for nearly a week and was a very peaceful neighborhood. Would surely stay here next time when we visit Kottayam.

Abraham is a gentleman host and proactive in his communications. His place exceeds the description and photos you see in Airbnb. The last 400 meters is a bit rough, but can be handled with careful driving. The pool looks like it's still under construction and once completed it will be an excellent addition. It's still usable, and we had a lot of fun in the water. The property is surrounded by greenery and mostly you will be hearing the birds singing and chirping. The food prepared by the inhouse chef is excellent, though one may have to stick to Kerala/TN cuisine. There is a restaurant just 500m from the property. Highly recommended property if you are planning for a get together. Probably some board games and a shuttle net will be a worthwhile addition.

Thanks to your father for the farm visit and to yourself/ your mother for the great home made food. Due to the unusual heavy summer rains, we felt the weather was cool in the evenings and the early morning views from Panchalimedu were breathtaking. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. It was a beautiful stay at Titto’s house, which I visited as part of my wedding celebrations. The place is spacious, well-maintained, and has stunning interiors. It also offers plenty of useful facilities. I hosted my Madhuramveppu (wedding eve) function there, and it was the perfect setting. Titto and Nayana were wonderful hosts—courteous and helpful throughout. My family was truly happy and satisfied with the experience. Heartfelt thanks to Titto & Nayana!

We stopped hear on our way to the coast from the national park and it was a perfect stopover. Nestled in the nature with friendly neighbours and a super friendly host who even brought our kids (6 and 8) ice cream. A short 3 wheeler drive away were a few places to eat. Very well designed building and brilliant host. Would highly recommend .
