There is a brand new grocery store and a variety of local and chain restaurants. We are also about 2 hours south of Orlando making Disney and Universal a feasible day trip with family and friends. Our large house is great for family and friend reunions.

You will be minutes to the beaches, shopping, downtown, financial district and airport thanks to our proximity to I-95 and the Florida turnpike, but you are encouraged to leave it all behind as you rest in our one bedroom, full kitchen, laundry room, standalone guesthouse with coastal decor.

Relax with the whole family at our peaceful guest house. The main room is very large with a king bed . In the living room there is a sofa bed. Right outside there is a nice and clean pool with a beautiful back yard. This is a guest house and it is adjacent to the main house, where we reside.
