$150/couple per night, 2 night min. $10 per extra person per night cots available. This spacious studio cabin can sleep up to 4 with one King sized bed and a futon sofa bed and a comfy cot if needed. Comes complete with full kitchen facilities (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and even spices), bathroom with bathtub and shower, air conditioning/heat, satellite tv, WiFi,sometimes, and electric fire place. Friendly pets are allowed. Check out our other cabin if you need more accommodation. Att and T-Mobile are about only phones that work here, other phones do work in town.

Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. We welcome our guests to come enjoy our cozy spot in the hill country with the convenience of staying only 15 mins from Main Street in Fredericksburg. **Guests are permitted to walk the road starting at the cattle guard entrance and ending at The Lagniappe Lodge. (The LL has a big rock sign out front.) Do not walk past the Lagniappe Lodge.**

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.
