Derek’s place worked well for our Thanksgiving with family in Delta. It was big enough to fit our whole family. It was conveniently located. Derek was very easy to work with and very accommodating.

This was supposed to be a family trip for our wedding, but my daughter and I had to stay home because she was not feeling well. My wife arrived and was amazed at how nice the house was and so private. We are also Airbnb host and I feel like we have pretty high expectations and Julie did a great job. She had a welcome gift for my family that they loved the kids loved the hot tub and it was a great stay

We had an amazing time at the Lake House. Kyler was helpful and responsive. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable.

The house was so stunning with plenty of space for everyone and lots of fun things to do! My kids loved the kayaks and swing especially. Aja had great recommendations that were very useful throughout the trip and we had everything we needed. HIGHLY recommend!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our Stay. The home was very clean and well decorated, furnished with quality appliances and comfy furniture . Even the amenities, such as paper products, dishware and silverware were new and of good quality. It truly made us feel like we were home away from home. I love the no key entry with the app. I always felt safe and secure. We loved the location, gave it that small town feeling, but we were central to so many activities. We were within easy access to hiking, restaurants, and shops and nearby towns. We visit Utah at the very least twice a year and I plan on making this home our go to rental. April was incredibly responsive to questions and there was even written instructions provided in the home. We loved our stay!

I spent one night at Mark's place while on a maple canyon climbing trip. While I never got the chance to meet Mark in person, the instructions he left for checking in/out were very clear and his place was very easy to find. While the cabin was definitely old, it was extremely well maintained. The kitchen was in great condition and the window AC in the unit had no problem cooling the cabin down at night. Overall I really enjoyed the night I spent at Mark's place and would recommend it to anyone that needs a place to stay for a few nights in Ephraim.

A slice of heaven! This was exactly what our life was missing. Being away from the hectic city, never having to check the time, and the peaceful surroundings provided more healing than any therapy session ever could. We've been discussing plans to make it a regular get a way spot!

Location honestly can't be beat! The lake is steps from the house and is an amazing view. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked. Host was very responsive and proactive about communicating what to expect with our stay which I really appreciate! Large property, lots of room to play and run outside with lots of shade. The only con was is the amount of spiderwebs inside and outside the house but bugs are always expected with a cabin on a lake. would love to stay again!
