La zona muy tranquila para andar , el cuarto con una vista buenísima y me volvería a quedar cuando regrese a Arequipa

Casa Villalba ofrece una experiencia única. La habitación era increíble e impecable, los ambientes comunes son muy tranquilos como para desconectarte un rato. Lo mejor de todo fueron Oli y Milo, unos cachorros cariñosos y juguetones. Grata experiencia y muy recomendable.

El lugar fue impecable, lo recomiendo, excelente ubicación muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, los anfitriones fueron muy amables me hicieron sentir como en casa, muy cómodo todo, si me preguntan, sí, volvería al lugar para mi próxima estadía

Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue simplemente perfecta. Nuestra anfitriona, fue excepcional en todo momento. Desde el primer contacto, se mostró atenta, amable y dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitáramos. ¡Realmente hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa! El lugar es tal y como se ve en las fotos, e incluso mejor. Está impecablemente limpio, es acogedor y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y relajante. La decoración es encantadora, y los detalles que Cintia ha puesto en cada rincón demuestran su dedicación y buen gusto. Además, nos dio excelentes recomendaciones sobre lugares para visitar, restaurantes y actividades en la zona. Sin duda, recomendaría este ambiente a cualquiera que busque un lugar especial para descansar y disfrutar. ¡Volveremos sin duda! le lieu et le petit appartement était de toute beauté. c'était très charmant et typique du pérou. cependant, il n'y avait pas de laveuse tel qu'indiqué dans l'annonce. à notre arrivée, il y avait de l'eau dans la cuisine à cause du dégel du frigo qui était débranché. La douche dans la chambre principal était brisé. la porte tombait toute seule. malgré tout ça, nous avons apprécié notre séjour, l'emplacement était parfait.

Es war eine gut gelegene Unterkunft für unseren Aufenthalt. Das Personal, insbesondere Ernesto, der Nachtconcierge, waren ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung!

Jaime war aufgeschlossen, freundlich, wollte was von einem selbst wissen...... Hat gleich von Anfang an erklärt wo was ist, wo die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind..... Leider konnte ich nur 3 Tage bleiben, wäre gerne länger geblieben....aber mein Touristen Visa lief ab für Perú.... aber ich werde auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.... sobald ich wieder einreisen kann... Für mich neben Urubamba wo ich ne Art "Ersatzfamilie" füreinen Monate dort fand war es bei Jaime die beste Unterkunft-"zu Hause".... in meinem jetzt 9 Monaten in Baja America ..... We’ve had a wonderful stay at this historic but fully renovated place in the heart of the old town. The central squire and all tourist attractions are just a couple of blocks away but the thick white volcanic rock walls of the building shield the heat and noise away. The inner courtyard and garden offer a refreshing refuge from the busyness of the street. The room was just beautiful, with high vaulted ceiling, lots of space, comfortable bedding and roomy shower. The staff, including Ana herself, were super attentive and caring. We just loved it, couldn’t recommend higher!
