Great communication. We enjoyed our stay, and our dogs loved the yard. The only complaint that we had is that we couldn't stay longer.

Our stay was wonderful. It’s hard to find a pet friendly place that is truly comfortable for people and pets alike. This is by far the best all round rental I have ever booked.

Comfortable, spacious, and well appointed accomodations in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Plenty of space to spread out while super cozy. Jayson was very helpful and friendly, very responsive. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer! We hope to return soon!

Merre's farmhouse was perfect for our needs! There was 15 of us ladies. We were all very comfortable in the sleeping areas...every room was pretty spacious. There were two full bathrooms downstairs and the hot water never ran out! The kitchen was well stocked and easy for more than a few people to maneuver in. The living space was a little tight for all of us at once but still cozy enough to want to gather. The farm itself was so quaint and a great getaway from the hustle and bustle. Everyone was very satisfied with our stay...I never heard a single complaint! Merre is a gracious and attentive host and we can't wait to visit again! We are already talking about next year! Thank you Merre for helping make our weekend such a great success full of memories!

My stay at Denise's exceeded my expectations! The design and decor were so homelike, beautiful and comfortable. Many small details including complimentary candy bowl, chips and drinks, and breakfast food and drinks. I appreciated these small touches Denise. Beautiful natural light and in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was a wonderful stay and I hope that it's available the next time I come.

kids loved the theater room. house was clean. didn't get to use the fire pit, it rained all weekend. i would stay here again.

The place is a great place to stay. it is nice and quiet out in the country, yet close enough to town for shopping and eating out. Jennifer is a great host and responds very quickly to any concern you may have. I highly recommend this place and I will stay here every chance I get when in the area.

Kristi’s place was gorgeous and just what we needed on our family road trip. The space was clean and there were snacks and bottled water left for us, which our teens promptly gobbled up. We took some of Kristi’s guidebook advice and ate at a couple of the restaurants, which were delicious. It was a great stay and we’d stay again if we travel through the area.

A cute little place! The way it was decorated was very nice and the location was easy to find. Peaceful neighborhood and close to downtown for food and entertainment. Alisha was a nice and helpful host

We loved the Marcus’s place! Very nice, clean and peaceful! We wanted to do s’mores but the weather did not cooperate so we took advantage of the covered deck off the back and made memories fishing! Thank you again for such a wonderful weekend!

If ever there was a perfectly peaceful and serene cabin in the woods, this is it. The cabin is surrounded by beautiful grounds with a variety of mature trees, paths cleared and mulched for easy walking, fire pit under the stars, covered area for reading, great place to reflect on all that is beautiful in nature. Bonnie our host was very accommodating, communicated well, and we are so thankful she shares this beautiful place they created! Inside, the cabin is very tastefully decorated with two very spacious living rooms. Large TV easy to navigate, kitchen well appointed and had everything we needed. All four bedrooms were used Beds were very comfortable! Neosho and quaint town of Seneca 10 minutes. In Seneca, We ate at Track 94 Brewing in Seneca, great find! Amazing food, pool, darts, kids room, pinball room, and cigar room... owners lovely people! Antique shops, nice grocery store & dollar store were all we needed! Shawnee Skies Shooting Complex and indigo Skies Casino too!

The place was so cute & cozy. Was not expecting the upstairs being toddler size. I had to crawl to get around but it was perfect for my kids. The scenery around the place was beautiful, even seen a cow just grazing along the fence line across the pond. Would definitely stay again.

Very neat cabin in a beautiful setting that was extremely well decorated inside. Didn’t get to spend much time there but great place to disconnect. Billie was friendly and easy to work with.

Beautiful, peaceful stay. Was very clean and well organized! We ran low on a couple of bathrooms supplies, but Jim was very helpful and quick to personally stock us up and make sure we were well cared for. Great hosts! 😊

Beautiful scenery! a couple walking tails down to the river! our kids loved the play set! our family had a wonderful time!

We had to book this place last minute, we were in another state. Was able to book and contact host to reserve the place late at night and last minute. Extremely beautiful home with everything anyone could need from cooking to adult and kid friendly activities! Place was immaculate and we definitely intend to come back!! Great hosts and peaceful environment.
